Very bad. I ordered two weeks ago and I haven’t known anything about my order. The shipping times indicated are not true. I wrote to customer service to find out shipping time (I understand the current situation) and obviously I had no answer. If in a few days I have no answer I will ask for a refund. In any case, I’ll delete the app and I will no longer make purchases.

Be careful! SCAM company. I never received my products (they told me it was lost in the post). After many phone calls and emails with different people as nobody takes ownership I have still not received my refund. Making up excuses “your email doesn’t work”, we can’t refund your credit card”, the list is long. I have reported them and will go to court unless I receive my refund.

Bed sheets were so faded we thought they were on the wrong side. Button brok off after first wash. Waste of and money.

...Disingenuous...why send out a discount code that doesn’t apply? Contacted customer services and not very helpful and suspect it was some marketing scam...

bonprix are a wonderful company with a wide range of clothing and they are not to pricey at all ,they are my number 1 to go to in the future.

The quality and value of the clothing is great & I would highly recommend. However....once there is an issue the complaints process is dire and protracted and they don't meet their "our promise to you". I raised a relatively straightforward query towards the end of July & was promised at worst an update in 4 weeks. I chased at 4 weeks & got another holding response posted 3/9. Should apparently be resolved 8 weeks after initially raising so about a week to go. I hope I'm wrong but I suspect I will be at next stage of taking to Financial Ombudsman.

A lovely selection of clothes. I can always find something i love. If i had one issue it would be that the clothes are usually quite a small fitting, especially the jeans so i usually have to order the next size up but it's not a big issue. Good value for money.
