Horrible customer service, stay away
I placed an order and I needed to return one of the items. I chose to get my refund as a gift card credit. The gift card code they emailed me doesn't work and I have tried chatting with their customer service team and they don't reply for days and when they do I have to re-explain the issue. I probably won't be able to use my gift card so they essentially stole money from me. Will not be ordering anything from here again.

Ordered on March 30th for April 3rd delivery. They missed the date, then sent a fake 'Shipped' email. Customer service (Dawson) admitted on Messenger the items hadn't even left the warehouse. Now they provided a static tracking number to PayPal to stall the refund, while their own website still says 'In Progress'. Absolute shambles. Avoid this merchant if you want honest service. Order: MUK130396050.

Fraudulent company. Paid for premier unlimited one year delivery. Three orders in a row now have been charged for delivery. Try and contact customer services and they are just deliberately stupid asking questions about something they have been informed about the previous message and then when you reply it starts on the AI chatbot loop again. Don’t bother paying for premier delivery it’s a scam

Items were delivered fine. A day late even though I bought next day delivery. No help at all with helping with returns as the ai service is unhelpful and just gets confused. One item came faulty. Not great overall.

I ordered trousers from BoohooMAN and the quality was really poor. The material felt cheap and badly made. I got them on sale for around $31, but the original price was over $70-which is honestly ridiculous for this quality. Not worth the money at all.
Also, the item tracking wasn't easy or user-friendly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Boohoo have stolen my money. I placed an order over 2 months ago and it did not arrive due to it being lost somewhere in transit. Boohoo promised a refund almost 2 months ago. The date they promised it by passed and no refund. I chased. Give it 48 hours they said. Still no refund, 2 weeks later I chased again. Sorry another 48 hours they said. 2 weeks later no refund. I chased again 2 weeks ago and now they arent replying to me. I am shocked with Boohoo's behaviour on this matter, still owing me money for an item i never received and failing to rectify this despite several requests to. Boohoo has breached contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I will no longer shop with Boohoo after this horrendous experience and strongly recommend no one else does.

Ordered 5 items, easy app and website to use and purchase was no issue. Contacted as I wanted to exchange a pair of shorts for a smaller size as their apps sizing was large.
Went to return and its marked as "un returnable " so contacted customer service, waited about 4 or 5 days for a reply and was told they understand the confusion especially when the item has a tag on it saying it can be returned but its un returnable. So went back onto the items listing and it states can be returned withing 28 days. Nowhere does it say its un returnable, not in the T&Cs, not on the return section of the listing. I wasnt after a refund just an exchange for a smaller size.
Just for clarity, item is unused, un worn and unwashed with tags.
The email from them was abrupt and stated nowhere why I cant return. Even on their T&Cs it states underwear and swimwear can be returned aslong as the hygiene sticker is there, but a pair of shorts I cant? Even though their sizing was wrong.
I wont be using again and ive used them many times. Utter stupidity.

I was told that I would receive my package within a week but I have been waiting for almost a month and still haven’t received my package although there AI assistant helped give clarity as to what the overall situation was I was disappointed with the service that I have received from this website.

Extremely poor service.
They responded to my first complaint saying "We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
"We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers."
"Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, as it helps us pinpoint areas for improvement. We take this seriously and are committed to doing better."
NOBODY investigates the issue. NOBODY resolves the issue. Every response is by a new person that does not know what the issue is about and ask for an explanation. There is no record on their system for their representatives to read and update themselves to deal with the issue effectively.
They've taken my £9.99 that I paid for Premier but still charge me for delivery and returns which is supposed to be free with Premier.
It's evident in my orders that I paid for Premier in November 2025. It's supposed to last a year. It is not active on my account. I asked for a refund and they said it's past the 14 days so I can't have one.

A recent purchase from Boohooman was left by Evri outside my flat, out in the open, completely irresponsibility. Although this is Evri's fault Boohooman still have a responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act to ensure you revive your order. Instead they sell "insurance" for you packages which you DO NOT NEED legally in the UK.
My package was stolen. Boohooman have yet after two days to respond to my customer service complaints and request for a refund. Not even a refusal, just plain ignoring me.
Lost a longtime customer now, hope the £30 order was worth it.

Ordered Monday before 9am with Next Day Delivery. We are now at Thursday and despite two emails to their Customer (non) services, still no parcel nor a reply from the company to emails. Company used to be good , now they are very poor. I still want a refund for the extra paid for "next day " delivery.
Thanks for replying to this review and for the refund for not delivering next day. However I have ordered again last Sunday evening paying for the annual next day delivery and it is now Thursday and received a notice to say it is on its way - next day in my judgement would have been Tuesday. Since Evri are delivering I would expect delivery at the earliest Saturday or more likely next week.

My order (MUK130224465) has been handled extremely poorly.
I ordered a hoodie and a beanie. The beanie was never delivered. I reported this, and although I’ve repeatedly been told a refund was issued, I have never actually received it.
As for the hoodie, I returned it and was told it had been received and refunded via a gift card. However, I have never received this gift card. Despite explaining multiple times that I’ve thoroughly checked both my inbox and junk folder, I keep being told to “check my junk folder” with no further assistance.
Communication has been frustrating throughout — responses often don’t properly address what I’ve written, and the quality of the replies is poor, both in clarity and grammar.
The total order value was only £25, but the handling of this situation has been unacceptable. I will be raising a chargeback on principle, as this experience has been extremely disappointing. Basically they are just scammers.
UPDATE AFTER BOOHOOMAN REPLY:
No they did not address it and I am dealing with my card issuer waiting for a chargeback. Dont bother.

Absolute disgrace, back and forth contact (very slow replies) for two months trying to retrieve a refund voucher code which was never originally sent, eventually got them to find out they expired two weeks after receiving them (realised this when trying to make next purchase) contact yet again , replied after a week saying theres nothing they can do now, will never shop here again, very poor reviews by many other people i now realise,
