Everything was well arranged including meetings with flat owners, explanations about properties. I was tottaly sutisfied with the servises provided.

This is my worst experience ever I’ve never seen a agency like this before. Such a bad service and so rude, even called me to arguing with me. They don’t care about customer at all , I pay for this kind of money for what? What kind of service does they do? Absolutely nothing!!!

I was suppose to move in that apartment I booked but when I arrived everything was so dirty and mess, so I cancelled that flat but I already paid all the rental fee, after I booked other apartment, so I was staying in Airbnb for two weeks to wait for my money back, during this time did they ask that owner where is my money? They just keep asking me did I transfer money to new landlord yet, so how I gonna do if I don’t receive money back? How I supposed to pay?? Ok agency just make sure the owner received the money, so how about customer? They don’t care, people from the agency told me “ you have the owner number u should contact her” ok, so what the opinion to pay the agency fee then ?? It’s your job mate!!! You are not helping me to get my money back and doing nothing! I send email they are not reply, so here is the service you called.

Also when I called the agency to ask where my money is, one woman was shouting and screaming at me and so rude to me. I was so shocked. how you can do that to your customer?its your job to fixing the problem!!

Until now After two weeks still don’t know where my money is. They didn’t solve my problems immediately, I’ll never ever use this agency again!

I came to Paris on a work assignment and a trusted friend recommended to use Book-A-Flat services. The service indeed was fast and I was able to secure a flat within a week. 4 days after I moved in, my apartment was robbed. I trusted Book-A-Flat as an agency and as a foreigner did not know what to do in the situation like that. The owner of Book-A-Flat called me the next day and assured me that the locks would be changed. The robbers used another set of keys which were left in the mail box by another agent without letting me know. It was strange to discover that my keys were stolen from the mail box and I was robbed within a day. The building does not have apartment numbers so I pose a question on how did the robbers know which flat to go to?
The owner of Book-A-Flat did nothing to help in this situation and responded "I don't know" to my question about the lock.
So I found myself on the street, alone and desperate. I don't know why I paid the fees and I would not recommend anyone to use Book-A-Flat services.

Very good service, always there to help. You pay for the service though, which makes the apartments rather expensive.

Book-a-flat was in most part helpful however, what they requested of me I made sure was sorted out but it was not the other way around. Requests I made, were not met with the same consideration.

We had a 5* experience with Lisa! She was very proactive in helping us get a viewing of an occupied flat that we ultimately rented.

Easy reservation, fast response, and accurate place

Not worth the agency fee at all. It took them 3 tries to get my contract right (mistakes on simple things such as dates), and my landlord is a no-show and they wont return my emails or phone calls (I have already paid a substantial amount of rent). At this point I am wondering if it is a scam.

Honestly, I didn't think renting an apartment in Paris would be that difficult. We had a great selection of apartments we wanted to rent for more than one year, but they were unavailable (and still shown at the website) or the agents were so "débordés" (aka with too much work to do) that they couldn't show us ANY apartment. After insisting A LOT in a visit, we were told that we could only visit one apartment in a list of five, even though it was for a long term stay.
I got so fed up I searched for other agencies, and I found that this type of service isn't normal in Paris, it is just Book A Flat's service. I will never enter this website again.
