Time and again
Time and again, I order from Boots and find that one of the items containing a liquid/liquid-like substance has leaked. Yes, I know I can send it back with all the extra work for me that that entails but on all of the occasions that this has happened to me - it looks as if the bottle containing the leaking liquid has been tampered with and/or part opened. I know that I cannot prove this but by the amount of times that it occurs, I am convinced that an item has been deliberately tampered with. I have raised this with Customer Services on several occasion but it just falls on unhearing ears.

Easy to order from the app
I found placing an order using the app, quick, easy and convenient. I received a confirmation email shortly after placing my order and then a notification email telling me when .y parcel was out for delivery and also on which date it was being delivered. All very helpful.
