Very efficient and customer friendly service

Laura Lilburn at Boots Hearingcare in Dundee is brilliant. My husband is 80 years old and is not tech savvy but Laura has the most patience and sorts him out every time. She knows her products so well and is such a good technician. Could not recommend her enough.

My charging station had stopped working so popped into Boots as I was in the town that day. Although Laura wasn’t available at the time, the receptionist took my name and phone number and passed my charger on to Laura for her attention. Later that day, I had a phone call from her to say that she had replaced the unit and was ready for collection. As I live a distance from the town, she offered to post it out to me. My unit arrived the next day! Excellent service, thankyou Laura.

Laura provided a very friendly, helpful and professional service when I visited recently.

My experience of hearing loss diagnosis and hearing aid recommendation and fitting was excellent. Laura and her team were clearly committed to achieving the best outcomes for their patient. They were very patient over the first few months of wearing the hearing aids to ensure the best possible configuration for my needs.

Don’t normally write reviews but wanted to say I was very impressed with Laura the Audiologist at Boots Dundee. My mother in law was a bit apprehensive about her hearing test but Laura put her at ease straight away. Very friendly and professional service.

My MIL got new hearing aids from Boots Hearingcare Dundee, from the very start the service and advice has been excellent.Laura the audiologist was very professional and patient, explained everything very clearly. MIL has visited a couple of times for minor tweaks to settings, such good service. The new hearing aids have made such a difference. We all highly recommend Boots Hearingcare and thank you Laura.
