Items arrived late, were all separately shipped even though 3 items bought together. Terrible quality. Looked nothing like image presented as what you’re buying. Customer service is MIA/nonexistenat as far as I can tell - I’ve actively been trying to reach them and haven’t been able to talk with anyone. Save your money and spend it elsewhere- THIS IS A SCAM

Terrible! Ordered 3 dresses. So far have received 2. 1 way small. All cheap material. Way overpriced for what you get. No knowing where the other one dress is. I’ve messaged there customer service and just not heard back. Waste of money. Wish I read the reviews first. Scammers are getting so good these days! Do not shop here!!

I ordered 3 dresses and 2 were not what I ordered. I communicated via email and they finally respond that I could return for full refund which was very expensive to ship to China or get a 10% refund! Unprofessional and sneaky. Seems they do this to majority of their customers judging by the reviews. Don’t order from them!

I ordered 3 dresses 2 months ago. One by one, they slowly showed up and none of them were the actual dress that I ordered. Horrible customer service as well. How on earth do you send items that are nothing like what the customer actually ordered/wanted? They offered me a 10% refund on one item. Horrible.

Ordered a dress for a family wedding. I was between S and M for their listed sizing, so I ordered S. It was just a bit snug on top so I decided to order the M and see which one I liked the fit of better. When the M arrived, it fit me exactly the same as the S. Imagine my surprise when I compared the measurements of both dresses and they were exactly the same! In addition, by the time I got the second one, the 30 day window for return on the S had expired. The customer service response was apologetic (in an AI kind of way), I was told I might want to try a L (no thanks to trying this again without actual
Measurements). I could return the last dress but was informed that the return international cost (first I realized it was an international shipment) was typically not worth it. So they offered a 20% refund, if I wanted to try and get it altered.
I wish I could say I did not like the product anyway, but the truth is that I really do like the actual dress. But the area that is too snug cannot be altered.
Bottom line: I have the exact same dress in two different sizes that fits the exactly same way (not the best). But I got a whooping $11.56 refund for my time and trouble.
Do not recommend this site. At all.

I received my shirt today and it’s nothing like the picture on the website the quality is shit the color isn’t the same it’s poorly made I don’t recommend anyone ordering from this slum website it’s complete trash

Items didn't arrive. Items that did arrive are just nasty! nothing like the website images. Cheap tat, the website photos are fake. AVOID

I placed an order and contacted the seller multiple times to confirm delivery timing due to a time-sensitive event. The seller could not provide a confirmed delivery date and stated items were out of stock.

I requested cancellation before the order was shipped. The seller has refused to cancel without charging a fee and continues offering partial refunds instead of honoring my cancellation request.

I do not accept shipment of this order and am requesting a full refund.

I bought a shirt and it arrived in a very different color than depicted and with a serious printing error. I contacted them and went back and forth literally about five times to get them up to a 60% refund. If you want a full refund you have to ship the item--at your expense--back to CHINA. I checked into that and it would have been about $50, almost the value of the shirt. In the end I ended up paying for a shirt that went right to Goodwill.

Total scam, do not buy from here. I canceled my order right after placing it as I realised it wasn’t legit, but they refused to refund me. Kept coming back offering discounts but they also hadn’t shipped out the order so I just wanted a refund. Took months to get anywhere and had to get my bank involved.

This website is a SCAM! I regret not researching this company before purchasing my dress. It looked nothing like the picture. Poor quality and way too small. When I requested a refund the day I received the item, they gave me the run around and refused. Stay away from them. Very poor customer service and clothes will not come as advertised

I placed an order at the end of January, didn't know the site but was drawn in by the photos of the clothes that looked well-made. Now it's clear it was a trap, and I feel silly for falling for it. I tried contacting customer service about the sizing issue (I wear S, but theirs are tiny, can't wear them, especially tight on the bust, look awful) and the fabric quality. The label says 100% cotton, but having worked in fashion, I've never seen cotton this stiff and inelastic. Plus, the photos show embroidered clothes, but they're shoddily printed.

Bottom line, I'm stuck with 4 unwearable dresses due to sizing and uncomfortable fabric. Customer service is ignoring me after multiple emails and Facebook DM's. I expected some help given the issues, but they're not responding, and the return window probably expired. Glad I didn't get shirts for my partner too. 👎🏻

Ordered two items for a special event that came significantly delayed (after the event) and I had no use for them. I would’ve considered keeping them but the quality was terrible. I requested a refund on March 2nd in compliance with the return policy and have gotten offered a 10,20 and 30% refund versus the full refund that I’ve requested. Terrible customer service.

Didnt even want to give it one star. I ordered a dress and what they sent me was a joke. Looked nothing like the pic and they will not take it back. I paid $72 for a rag!
They actually want me to keep it and give me 30% of my money back. This is total BS.

This company and others like it should be band from selling anything on the internet. The only hope I have to retrieve my $156.00 is PayPal. If I could show you what I ordered and what I got. One dress cost $77, and the other was $68, that I didn't even receive!

I ordered a shirt from this website a month ago. Delayed shipping so they say. Offered me a discount and/ or a refund. I asked for a refund over and and still nothing....only offered discounts! Now, no responses back. I am livid and now out 104.00! Total scam site...stay away and don't ever order or expect any kind of service from this site!

I placed an order over a month ago and still no jacket.

They responded a week ago apologizing for the delay and offered a discount.

I requested a refund and they didn’t oblige.
Instead, they offered another discount.

After researching them, I discovered numerous negative comments (Reddit) about all aspects of their business and many reviews stating they are a total scam.

I did find the photo of the jacket listed on their site that they had poached from another company.

All of the reviews on their website are fake.

Stay away!

I paid for my order over 2 weeks ago and have gotten no status updates. I’ve reached out via email, and Facebook and instagram with no luck. I just want my product or my money back .
