What an incredible company.. ordered One day and delivered two days later, great products at a very reasonable price

This is my daughter’s Thanksgiving Day present. Two things to comment:
1) The pendant itself is fantastic. The blue color of the thing is so beautiful. While by chance my daughter is wearing a long black dress and she picks up the pendant – the pendant + black dress gives the synergy effect. Gorgeous.
2) There has been some logistics issue while delivering this order to me; however, deep appreciation to your Customer Support Team. They have responded my queries fast and taken swift action. One word ~ “Professional”.

Ordered a Red Aqeeq Ring on the 2nd of November and now it is the 9th of December and still have not received it. I contacted them multiple times on WhatsApp and Email but my Email is not going through to them and on Whatsapp they kept on saying that their production line was very busy. They can't keep on saying this through out the whole month. The first week is understandable but come on guys, it has been 1 month. If you can't send it, just tell me so I don't waste my time and money.

I got two turquoise rings silver is good but turquoise both are fake and are made up of resin on asking them on email they said to check them up with jewlers
I showed gemstones to three top Canadian jewlers all said it’s not stone it’s a piece of plastic or resin which is coloured up blue.
Price tag is huge but you should care your reputation as you certify that all your gemstones are natural however these are so low quality plastics and you know what if was in turkey I surely had cases up on you so that your company might be cealed
i asked for returning item on return shipping cost more than 70$ and they cut 30$ for their free shipping so no sense of doing it
I will never recoment these plastic pieces.
Do you guys challenge for gemstones to be lab tested????

Boutique Ottoman has scammed and ripped me off. They sold me pure silver rings and neckless, but their gemstones were fake. The gemstones are synthetic and made in a lab, they are not genuine.
First, I purchased a ring from them. When my ring arrived in a beautiful box with a metal brush, a piece of polishing cloth and the most eye-catching to earn my trust, there was a Certificate Card of Beautique Ottoman Jewelry company claiming the authenticity of the ring. I liked my ring's look and saw the silver ring had a stamp confirming it as being pure and its gemstone also looked beautiful and neat. I began trusting them to order more jewelry for my entire family, sisters, brother, and mother as gifts and on mother's day.
Until one of the garnet ring's bezels came off, my mother felt it was too light, like a piece of plastic. I became very worried and suspicious because I had purchased over 2000 Canadian Dollars worth of jewelry up to that date from Beautique Ottoman.
I showed the garnet, supposedly gemstone and the ring to a jeweller, and she advised getting an appraisal would clarify everything about the ring authentication. I paid an additional $85 for the appraisal, and the result came as follows: silver is pure, but the garnet is synthetic (FAKE) made in a lab.
I contacted Beautique Ottoman via email and sent them the appraisal report. They quickly refund me for the two garnet rings. However, I demanded a complete refund in return for all their products back to them because I could not trust them anymore. Their sales manager, Jameel, replied that they would not refund me until you don't have appraisals for all of them. He reasoned that we must know what is wrong with them to refund you. When one of your products is fake, and your company cheated me, how can I be certain your company did not cheat me on the rest of my jewelry? He reasoned that it was only a mistake, but if you want a refund, then you have to get appraisals. Maybe, he was assuming that I was not going to do that because it is a cost expansive service. Unlike what he was thinking, I spent more money and got appraisals for their products. I did it because I was so embarrassed by my family.
Among more than ten pieces of all their jewellery, only a couple were original as they promised. An appraisal showed one more synthetic gemstone. The rest have natural gemstones, which look very similar to the gemstone I selected on their website. However, they are not the same gemstone I ordered, and they sold them to me. For example, instead of using a genuine blue aqeeq (agate) that I purchased on one of my rings, the appraisal showed a piece of synthetic Lapis Lazuli was used. It looks very similar to blue agate to the eyes of an inexperienced gemstone buyer like me. Or, instead of using a bezel of Red Yamani Aqeeq on one of my other rings, the appraisal showed a different kind of aqeeq or agate was used that has a red feature and looks very similar to Red Yamani Aqeeq.
I contacted Jameel, the sell manager and their customer services agent regarding this issue and the result of the appraisals. Jameel refused to accept the result of the appraisals and blamed the appraisal jewellers for not knowing how to do their job. I tried again to contact them to resolve these issues, but they never responded to me and ignored all my emails afterward. I also called them at their WhatsApp number many times, but no one picked up the phone.
I should share my bitter experience with readers of how Beautique Ottoman scammed me. In addition, I am financially scammed and suffer from the pain of deception and depression for trusting this online jewelry company. I am also feeling shame for gifting fake gemstones to my family because I trusted this business. I feel sorry for myself and my family for trusting them. I hope no one else is going to suffer like me.

Great Ring, Great Service !!!

Hello I ordered a ring 20/11/2022 ,nearly a week ago now I still didn’t receive anything…?? And I didn’t get any tracking number!! I would like some news please or a refund

Excellent piece of jewellery, delivery was fast and efficient. I wear the ring as a signet ring and it really sets of the business attire

The purchase arrived very quickly, within days of placing the order. Shipping was free, which was amazing and I had no problem receiving the purchase, right at my front door. Moreover, I was impressed by how the was package was carefully, thoughtfully packed. Everything looked very beautiful, even before I opened the box and when I did open the box, the tasbeh was breathtaking.

Bought two rings here, one with an “Amber” stone and one with 7 stones in it.
The amber stone was very BAD and a silver polishing cloth did not work for the silver!
Then the second ring came in and 2 of the stones were BROKEN.. in the end they agreed to me sending them back but the return costs are absurd!!!
I DON’T RECOMMEND BUYING HERE!!!!!

Everytime I emailed them with queries, questions and enquiries about the ring, it's style and updates to my delivery, they were always very professional and transparent. Their customer service is exemplary in an age where great customer satisfaction is almost unheard of now.

The Delivery Experience:
DPD Express was used; the best choice for products of this nature. Evri/Hermes cannot be trusted as our parcels never arrive with Evri. DPD Express took under 48h to arrive. Shipped from Turkey Monday morning, arrived in UK at noon on the Tuesday. Absolutely exemplary service; for this alone, I would use Boutique Ottoman again.

The Item:
Impeccable workmanship. Intricate detailing. The size is true to fit. Bear in mind your experience with Boutique Ottoman (and any other online jewellers) will be determined by you sizing yourself correctly and accurately. The firm offers ½ sizes and some ring sizers only do full letters (no half sizes), so bear this in mind. Boutique also offers a size guide which is measured in millimetres. I suggest you size according to the ring sizers (in letters) but also measure your finger around with a string, so you can measure to the nearest millimetre your true size. It's important you size correctly because the Boutique can only produce iaw your stated size. The Seal of Prophet ring comes in Sterling Silver 925. It comes with a hard plastic credit card sized certificate of authenticity as well as a sealed polishing cloth. Everything in the package is absolutely professional and perfect for a gift. I did not choose the gift option but the packaging as it comes is perfect. The engraving and detail is intricate and you will not be upset.

I would seldom find myself write many reviews but this one deserves immense recognition. The customer service, delivery experience (please do NOT under any circumstances change your couriers to Evri/Hergest in the future) & the item was mashallah. May God reward you at Boutique Ottoman many fold.

I’ve returned the wrong sized ring to their provided address in turkey but now they saying the address was wrong, but I did double check the address with them. I couldn’t get a link to attach the photos here, so I can prove how they actually lie, worst service ever😡😡
