Poor customer service & delivery using…

Poor customer service & delivery using DPD Local. The combination of both companies & communication from both was very poor. The expected delivery time was given when I was at work (12 hour shifts in ICU) with no ability to communicate with them on the day of delivery. Instead of attempting re-delivery I was informed by customer services that delivery had been attempted three times already, which was impossible from the date of order, the customer service team at boxedtech was very rude & did not help. Other than suggesting as I’d missed three deliveries (which was clearly not true) & I had to pay for further delivery attempts. & although I did receive a full refund it was delayed due to neither company accepting they were in possession of the item. Extremely frustrating to say the least. Customer service was absolutely terrible and even implied I was lying about missing the number of deliveries I had missed. This was the main reason I requested a refund. I think an apology would be better than a crap excuse & leaving the blame entirely with the delivery company.

Hi Andy, we explained that DPD told us they attempted delivery during normal hours, and it failed and the parcel was sent back to us. We did raise with DPD that you mentioned only one delivery attempt was made, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do once DPD start the return process. We offered to resend the delivery for free or refund. The day we received the returned delivery from DPD we refunded your account and notified you by email. We do sincerely apologise for the experience.

Extremely pleased...

I have been extremely pleased with the mobile phone that I bought from Boxed Tech. The price was competitive, the product is of a high quality, and the customer service I found to be very helpful and thoughtful.

My only reason for not giving the fifth star was down to the delivery. The promise was for free next day delivery, but I ended up waiting four days for it. That said, it wasn't the fault of Boxed Tech, rather it was the courier service that they use, and Boxed Tech's customer service were most helpful in chasing it on my behalf.

BOXEDTECH FANTASTIC

My New Samsung A21S was delivered before the delivery date and I am absolutely delighted that has exceeded expectations.. Very Speedy delivery and with ease of shopping online with Free Delivery. Very Excellent service especially for a 1st time customer myself. With a great range of Smartphones, Tablets and Phone Accessories. Highly Recommended and Excellent Value for Money.

Unbeatable price and service

A Brilliant service throughout from these guys. The Sony ear buds I bought from them are at a price that could not be match anywhere else . I am now back listening to my music through to quality earbuds.
