I find that BoxyMo.ie has given young drivers the ability to get on the road due to its fair pricing and willingness to help young drivers stay on the road. However, I must add that their online systems is second to none and can be used with ease. When speaking to a human. I have also found these members of staff to be very good at their job and respectful to their clients.

Easy to use Website and good communication communications
I have never had to make a claim, but my experience of using the website uploading documents and downloading has been easy and intuitive. The regular texts about how my driving is going are very helpful as is the reminder text before the policy runs out. One suggestion, the text that came to me regarding the telematics device was labelled “likely scam” so that could be something you could look into.

Went to do my first driving test and…
Went to do my first driving test and turns out they sent out the wrong insurance disc causing me to instantly fail the test. Then when I used the chat room I was pretty much ignored and denied a refund because “it’s the policy owners responsibility to check all information” so I was driving around practically uninsured because of them, failed my driving test and have to wait another 10 weeks and I was refused any refund at all

As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.

Best Pricing for young male drivers
This is my 3rd insurance and each time it has been cheaper than than the year before unlike most insurance increasing year on year.
