Despite eventually receiving my…

Despite eventually receiving my package, I cannot give a positive rating.
The long strike period of more than a month caused major disruption and financial damage for many people and businesses. In my opinion, it is unacceptable to paralyze the country and delay essential services because of internal disputes such as working schedules and organizational issues.
I can understand occasional strikes to defend workers’ rights, but this situation clearly went too far. Many customers were left waiting without proper solutions while the economy and daily life were negatively affected.
I find this approach very selfish and disrespectful towards customers who depend on your services.

Disappointed

I'm sorry to rate only one star. Usually I never have problems with my postman and deliveries. After the big strike in March/April though I have waited one month for a package. There was no way to complain directly with bpost, I had to go through the sender. Magically, after I complained with them, a package who had been "processing by bpost" for a month was delivered. Unfortunately there was no package. Postman didn't ring. Package wasn't left in the usual place(s). My notification says it was delivered in my inbox but given the measurements of the package it would be physically impossible. I fear no package was delivered because it has been lost. Truly disappointed.

Terrible service / Selfish service which customer comes second

Terrible service. Fragile parcel was left on a rainy day inside a wet mail box, which was clearly damaged without lid. Parcel was all wet and damaged.
Agent didn't try to contact home owner, despite having people at home to personally deliver the parcel. Lack of common sense, and always chosing the easy way to work. A selfish way to work which customer comes second. If the justification is too many parcels and no manpower, customer should not suffer the consequences of an obsolete company that didn't follow the demand. On top of that, whenever we, customers, raise a complaint, there is zero accountability. Instead of a humble approach we have agents knocking at door complaining. Irony is that for that reason knocking and interacting with customers is OK, and there is always time...
