They get the job done
They get the job done, they send enough reminders and their pick-up locations are well integrated on the app and maps. My only complaint is pick-up locations changing due to availability, where they can take your parcel from a 24/7 locker to a pick-up office with very inconvenient opening hours.

Because bpost is a liable conduit of transport . It does what it says . Sometimes if transport comes from other countries, the last fase of delivery isn’t always clear. But since bpost already notified there the ones who take over once in my country, it feels like a relief .

Terrible delivery. The delivery guy did not come to the front door where I was waiting for him as I was tracking the parcel. While being pregnant I had to run behind him while he put the letter in my letter box saying we are not at home when he did not at all attempt to deliver the parcel. Extremely unprofessional

Worst possible transporter
Worst possible transporter, tracking parcels gives always the same standardised sentence.
No dialog possible, no customer service, chatbot uses pre-programmed answers.
