Delivery Instructions Ignored Causing Major Inconvenience
The package was not left at the location I explicitly indicated for delivery. The reason provided was that the location was “far from the door,” which is incorrect. The indicated spot is the mailbox room immediately inside the main entrance of the building. It is safe, accessible, and part of the building entrance area.
This raises two possibilities: either the driver could not correctly identify the building entrance, which is concerning for a delivery company, or there was a clear misjudgment regarding the delivery instructions.
The instructions were simple and clearly stated. Instead of receiving the package at home as requested, I had to travel to a bpost pickup location to collect a heavy parcel, which caused significant inconvenience.
Too may delays, and the app was misguiding
The delivery took three weeks from Rue Neuve to my house. You knew you had the strikes issue, and yet you took on the obligation to deliver new orders. Your delay caused me to buy the same item again from the same shop to be in time for my son's birthday. Your app locked the delivery date to 29 April, and the item was delivered on 11 May...
My package was delayed by a month
My package, along with several subscriptions and mail, was delayed by more than a month because of your strike. That's unacceptable. No public service should have the right to hold a whole country and all of its mail hostage to a salary negotiation.
Returned To Sender for No Reason
Despite placing the correct address for a U.K. to Brussels small parcel with the correct address to the recipient, Belgium Post are returning it stating incorrect address even though the recipient confirmed the address was correct.
Customer chat wee clearly not interested in trying to resolve the issue.
It is totally unacceptable that this postal service is incapable of delivering a parcel to the address actually written on it!

Awful service in Rebecq
Awful service in Rebecq. After some weeks of strike, the office was reopened but is closed again and again unexpectedly and announced to be fully opened the day after while a new national strike is planned since a while. Even the internal delivery of the company wasn’t informed and found a closed door. Result : two unsuccessful try to get my percel because wrongly informed and colleagues frustrated. Bpost should be put out of business by better competitors for several services.

BPOST ... DID NOT EVEN CARE TO INFORM ME ... all along the almost 1 month long strike ... NEITHER of the reason for their NON-delivery on the promised date NOR on their outlook (despite their own lack of information) NOR on the service resumption at strike end: a MISERABLE performance ! It concerned 2 different deliveries, each with exactly the same short-comings. - It would have been so easy to send the due updates.
