Boiler service first class

Last Fri, I had my annual boiler service done. From the booking of the appointment, a couple of timely reminders, the excellent work and professional attitude of the engineer to the final service report, all was done very efficiently. In the past when requiring emergency work done, the company responded brilliantly.

Refusing to fix a shower THEY broke

Engineer somehow managed to break the shower after testing it, despite it being used twice that morning before the visit, this company are refusing to replace and have palmed us off to the council. Absolute jokers. If you break something YOU are liable to fix it. 3 days of calling your office to get an update on the situation, 2 days i was told i would get a call back from your manager and no one ever phoned. Terrible customer service, would not reccomend to anyone.

To reply to their comment below. The council came to do a site visit yesterday and have confirmed the original inspection was not done correctly, after testing, the shower was not put back together properly and has damaged the shower. A new unit is being fitted and BRB will be getting the bill from the council, as they have deemed it to be at fault of BRB. The BRB engineer told my partner there were no issues before leaving, no paperwork was provided and no report was issues against the shower. So, after his test of the shower he has clearly not tested it to see if all was working as it should. The same way he never tested the plug sockets in both bedrooms after he finished what he was doing, because my partner had to go and find him in the street to get him to come back in and sort whatever he had to. This is nothing but incompetence. Keep an eye out for that council email with the bill you will be due them.

To clarify, our visit was carried out as part of a council-led EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) inspection. When we returned, our engineer tested the shower and unfortunately found it to be faulty. This issue was not connected to the inspection works carried out.

We understand how inconvenient this must be and appreciate the time you’ve spent following up. In line with council guidelines, we followed the correct process and, as advised by our Customer Care Team, this matter does need to be taken up directly with your council, who are responsible for authorising and arranging any repair or replacement works.

We hope this helps explain the situation and thank you for your understanding.

To a man we had approx 7 men on the job. All were super efficient and if I ever bumped into any of them again I would treat as a friend. Which is not what I say about most tradesmen. BRB should be pleased with them all. Nothing was a bother and they all went above and beyond which was extra special. Couldnt be more pleased. 3 weeks without hot water and heating the BRB Bhoys and Boy resolved all my problems. This is my best ever and most honest Trip Advisor review ever. Thanks again BRB. Keep up the great work

First class service.

Have used this company since 2017 and have always been satisfied, not only with the office staff who are always pleasant and helpful, but also the various engineers who have restored my heating after a few ‘blips’ caused by severe weather. Annual services on my boiler are carried out efficiently and all the engineers doing these actions are also pleasant and mannerly.

Been dealing with them for 6 years after they installed a boiler they are always on time and had a problem with boiler William Martin and his apprentice the dog whisperer came out but referred fault to Worcester as boiler under warranty who came out next day great sery
