Found just the paint I wanted
Found just the paint I wanted on line, so ordered and paid. Delivery was the next day. I have been consistently impressed by the helpful team at the Swindon branch; if one staff member doesn't know the answer to a difficult question, they will find someone who does. They are very pleased to help and I am confident I'll come away with the right product. Their delivery system is impeccable too because it's efficient, fast, courteous and the driver is always pleasant. Full marks and well-deserved!

Did not receive confirmation that order had arrived in store
Did not receive information to say order was in. Waited for two days after it was promised before going into store to see what had happened. Only to find paint was there waiting for me.

First class service!
Really wanted a specific product that wasn’t in stock but didn’t want to pay extra carriage. They went out of their way to arrange a bulk order to avoid carriage charges. Great service!
