Brighter Blooms Nursery Reviews 

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Brighter Blooms. I was extremely happy with my first purchase. I received my 2nd order a couple of days ago. I haven't planted them yet... rain! But they arrived in excellent condition! So far so good.I'm pretty certain they'll be as great as my order from last year... they are thriving and growing beautifully!

It was packaged nicely and delivered in time.

Just got them today. They were a little dry upon receipt but after a good soaking and planting them, they look pretty good. Looking forward to them filling in my arbor.

The company did not respect their warranty issue to customer. Even try to claim for replacement of plant died within warranty period.
Very very bad business.
Strongly recommend not buy any plants from this nursery.

The two Weeping Willows I ordered came well packaged in a large cardboard box. The root balls were in plastic buckets filled with potting soil and that was in a large plastic bag with a wire tie holding it securely to the plants trunk so the roots stayed covered by the potting soil. The plants themselves had no damage or even any lost leaves.

The tree was in really good shape when I got it that I'm planning on ordering another one

the tree that I ordered was broke at the top, and in poor shape the bushes were shipped sideways, most of the soil fell out....

Received crape myrtle in excellent shape, absolutely gorgeous shrub!

Very easy to order

Excited to see my rose garden bloom. The roses I ordered were delivered on time. They looked like they were about to wither and die but the next day after we planted them, they looked happier. We’ll see. But I am very concered about the rose blooms including buds- their petals look damaged, spotted, with dark brown/black edges. I don’t think that’s right. Please help. What can we do?

I had to follow up with the company twice to make sure they shipped my tree. Tree was finally received but had several weak branches that broke during shipping. The tree literally has 1 branch left coming out of trunk.

Lovely tree but the top was broken when we received it. Took a lot longer then what it said it would arrive. For the amount I paid for shipping it should havw

I have indicated several times we were very dissapointed an did not recieve the plants we ordered. No one is responding from Brighter Blooms.

The people are so nice and very informative. The trees and plants arrived in beautiful condition. They are healthy and strong. I was impressed that they include a phone number in the box incase you need help from a plant specialist. I will definitely order from here again.

My order came in perfect condition. My Olive tree is bigger than I expected. I am totally satisfied with my order.
