One star is too many: Ordered 3 five-foot Autumn Blaze Maples and 2 six-foot Shademaster Honeylocusts: all arrived having had their tops (their apexes) lopped off to fit in the boxes. I suspected they... See more

I give them a 1 because the plant arrived on time. I paid $140 with s/h and got a diseased plant. 3 gallon hydrangea, yellow and black leaves, leaves falling off, black spots all over the green leav... See more

Trees

We are very happy with our trees. They are growing nicely. We loved the way they were packed for shipping. We will definitely be back.

Not the same

I had ordered three before and they came staked up. This one was off the stake and not doing well. I’m hoping it revives itself

So happy with my gardenias!…

I received my plants in a timely manner. They were big and healthy and well-packaged. I promptly unboxed and watered them until I could put them in the ground. They are planted now and getting new growth. Very happy with my purchase. Hoping they will bloom next year. Thanks Brighter Blooms!

Houston Interior Designer would not recommend Brighter Blooms

I'm a Houston interior designer looking for a source for the hottest new trend on all the designer blogs.....a live olive tree! My prior experience with ordering live plants online, is with a company called Bloomscapes.com and have always been a fan of their plants. They do not carry the olive tree, so I discovered Brighter Blooms through Amazon.

My tree arrived today, and the packaging provided protection during it's travels to Houston. I ordered the 6-7 ft. tree, and although it's the approximate height, it somewhat mirrors a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. My husband chuckled when I brought it into the house, and almost passed out when I told him how much I spent on this tree.

On your website, it indicates that trees may be pruned prior to sending, however the pruning appears excessive and oddly trimmed.

The tree sent looks nothing like your photo online. Even if I were to prune the lower branches, it would not begin to compare to your online photo. The website photo is misleading.

I understand that trees are living things and each tree would be unique and different, but I wasn't expecting such a thin, awkward looking tree. I'm not a fan of the product that was sent, and would not feel comfortable recommending Brighter Blooms to a client.

I purchased the warranty offered on your trees, so we will see how the tree comes along. However, I'm disappointed with my olive tree.

I was hoping that my sourcing would stop with Brighter Blooms for the coveted olive tree. I guess I'll just have to keep looking :(

Update: I received response from Brighter Blooms stating they would discount my order by 15%. I've never received discount. But regardless, I said I'd like a replacement. They stated that they would make a notation in my file and see how the tree fairs in 3 months.

It's got 4 leaves left. Horrible plant and I purchased the the extra warranty for 1 year! I would not suggest ordering for Brighter Blooms.

Great Customer Service

I am happy with the customer service received. I purchased two Meyer lemon trees. The original trees arrived damaged, with holes in the leaves, and I sent pictures. Customer service quickly replied and sent me replacements. The two trees arrived healthy and I’m looking forward to lemons in the future!

The 3 azaleas were packed in ONE oblong cardboard box. They stacked them on
top of another causing damage and broken branches.
To add insult to injury, all three bushes were very poor specimens. Most nurseries would never put them on a shelf as customers might just disappear in despair.
The photos on their website did not resemble the delivered plants.
Sorry to say that I was very disappointed.
