Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic
I'd had a Brydge keyboard attached to my iPad Pro for several months when, all of a sudden, the corner of the iPad screen cracked around one of the hinges. At the time, the device was just sitting next to me as I worked on my desktop.
Customer service has claimed that the iPad must have had a screen protector attached which would negate the Warranty. I have never attached a screen protector.
They are merely trying to get out of their responsibility.
Took the device to my local IT repair organisation and they state that failure is almost inevitable given the positioning of the hinges.
This is by far the worst supplier I have ever dealt with. Avoid them as if they were the COVID disease.

Brought a keypad for my iPad Pro. The rubber clamp on the bracket broke within a week and crack ipad screen. Tried contacting customer service via phone and email with no response. Avoid at all costs
Bad products and poor dishonest service
After 6 months of moderate service the two hinge assembly units on my Brydge 12.9 Max+ both collapsed. Closer examination revealed a classic case of metal and plastic fatigue - in fact a design almost bound to fail. Customer services apologised and accepted the issue (probably happened before?) and promised an immediate full refund within 2 to 5 working days. After 2 reminders over 3 months that is the last I have heard and of course..... no refund. To make matters worse my wife has a Brydge keyboard for her iMac Pro 11 inch which is less than a year old and the USB C power connector socket has just failed. I have not bothered to contact Brydge because I know they will probably simply placate me then do absolutely nothing. I have now replaced both keyboards with far more sound and reliable ones from one of their 2 main competitors. In my personal opinion despite their glossy advertising Brydge is a dreadful company with poor unreliable products best to be avoided at all costs.
Great keyboard and customer service
I really like the way the Brydge keyboard works with my iPad and how it looks. Unfortunately, after I had the keyboard for a while, the battery would not hold a charge. Brydge was great about providing me with a replacement. So I think the product is great and the customer service when I had a problem was great.

Last year I wanted to purchase the new keyboard for my new surface pro, it was in stock in USA but out of stock in the UK (where I live).
I emailed the company to enquire and received a reply very promptly explaining that they are waiting for them to be shipped and there have been delays.
There were continued delays for a few months, but every time I contacted the company they replied almost instantly and kept me updated.
The company also had a site wide sale while I was waiting for them to come in stock, and they kindly agreed to honour this discount when they had the keyboard in stock. After a few months of waiting the keyboard was in stock and I was able to order it, I was given the discount as promised and delivery was prompt. The keyboard itself if great, feels really high quality.
However the customer service I received from the company was fantastic, they always replied very quickly and I received really fantastic service.
I would recommend this company based on both the customer service and the quality of their products.
Thank you Brydge customer service staff.
Brydge 12.9 Max+ Broken Hinge
Brydge 12.9 Max+ Well it’s lasted 4 months and I have barely used it. The hinge has broken which is a very common fault. They won’t give me a refund!! Only offer is a replacement which will break the same. Complete waste of money, avoid at all costs and buy the Apple keyboard
I have found little good to say about…
I have found little good to say about their product. I bought it to have an international keyboard and there is absolutely zero support from the company to identify how to type international characters. I made email contact and was answered by phone by someone who knew less than I did about their product. I have discovered a few of the characters I need on my own by trial and error. I need to type characters with accent marks and haven’t been able to discover how to do that yet. The material is almost below sub-standard. After two months I have removed the keyboard from the iPad only three times and one of the hinges is splitting and if I continue to use the product (which I must) it will completely fall abart in a few weeks. The product is less than two months old. I hope this saves someone from heartache and they don’t purchase a product from this company. To end it, if I would have done a little research first and found out the piece of junk was made in China, I never would have purchased it in the first place.
This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I wish I would have read this site first. Ordered weeks ago and still have not received my item yet. They created a shipping label but never shipped it. I wish they were local and I would be in trouble because my patience with these people have gotten thin.
Absolutely awful.
I ordered a keyboard on December 1, 2021 and have yet to receive it. It took the keyboard nearly two weeks to even ship out after I’d purchased it, and after sending Brydge an email about this, a rep told me it was because the keyboard “was out of stock in our warehouse in China, and and have just recently come back into inventory.”
If the keyboard was out of stock, then why was it listed as “in stock” on the website and why was I able to purchase it? Why is your China warehouse, which is the only warehouse in charge of shipping your products throughout Asia, not fully stocked at all times? Absolutely ridiculous.
It finally ships out on December 13th. It is now December 19th and I still haven’t received the keyboard. I check the tracking on the Fed-Ex website (because Brydge’s website has stopped updating the tracking information), and see that the package was held up at customs for an “incomplete commercial invoice.” So this was yet another goof on Brydge’s end.
Fed-Ex’s tracking information now says “no scheduled delivery date is available at this time,” so my package is basically in limbo, and I have no idea when, if ever, I’m going to receive it. It’s funny how quickly Brydge took my money all the while taking their sweet time to actually, you know, give me the product I paid for. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Pleased with customer service
After placing an order last week I needed to cancel it as I could get the keyboard closer to home. I reached out via messaging on their website. I quickly received a reply and I was refunded just as quick.
Very pleased

Wish I'd looked here first...I havent received my order, its been 8 days, paid for expidited shipping, tracking has been the same since the 26th. Calls/messages to brydge go unanswered. Emails go from your order is due to arrive today! To screen shots of tracking to tell me the item has left the warehouse...yes...the warehouse in the Netherlands...on the 26th..clearly they cant read to please check your spam email for instruction on picking up your item....the 3 emails were in the span of a day...all from the same representative....finally saying that was sorry and that she doesn't know where the item is....speaking with GLS was also a nightmare, rude and condescending, told me to refer to the tracking...well gls doesnt update tracking...
Would ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM BRYDGE AND GLS
If only I could give negative stars
One star because they sent me the instructions on how to send back an item.
-100 stars because I haven’t heard back from them after a whole month. Not only is their return policy way below European standards but also their customer service doesn‘t respond at all - as many here have noted before.
I ordered a keyboard and wasn’t happy with the weight and that it was QWERTY, so I decided to send it back. After an initial contact, they sent me an email giving me the necessary information about returning the keyboard. „Here is how we handle refunds“ which basically reads „We don’t want returns, if you do it, we make it as complicated as possible; and don‘t expect to get all of your money back. We only fully refund unopened and unused items that are sent back within 14 days. And yes, you will have to pay postage yourself!“
I sent back the keybord within only a few days of the original delivery and have got the return delivery status confirmed by DHL. It was delivered to their outlet in the Netherlands on September 8th. I sent my first e-mail asking about the refund on Sep. 22nd, the next on October 1st. Also contacted them via Paypal. The never answered. What‘s worse - so far they kept my money (or what I will get back according to their ridiculous return policy terms.)
So, their gear might be nice, but beware if you want to return anything.
One of my screws came off my keyboard…
One of my screws came off my keyboard early on in the piece. Others were beginning to become loose but I managed to tighten them with a mini torx. Was trying to get a replacement but no reply from customer service.
Once lost my usb 3.0 micro b cable for the earlier model that has an in built ssd chip and tried to buy a replacement one. Did not get anywhere. Product is good but after sale service in Australia shocking. Because of this I will have hesitation to buy again when I upgrade to a newer surface pro.
Very Poor Customer Service
Brydge has deceptive techniques. They charged me for the express FedEx delivery method. The item was shipped using one the cheaper methods with USPS. I inquired about this with customer service and was told "our systems defaults to the cheapest method". After two emails they sent me they still did not address the fact I was charged for a service I did not receive. Instead I got passive aggressiveness.
Unprofessional company with very poor customer service.
iPad Pro 12.9” 2019 Keyboard
I have had my iPad Pro 12.9” keyboard for around 2 years, and I am so very happy with it. It’s been a great and excellent addition and a constant companion to my iPad. I recently managed to snap off a hinge unfortunately, and when contacting customer care they were extremely helpful, and under warranty sent me a new keyboard. I cannot fault my experience with Brydge, I found them very professional and friendly. I am really happy with my keyboard too!
I wish I could give a 0
I wish I could give a 0. I have not been able to get contact beyond a first response for over 1,5 months. Nothing helps. The dock is broken and it hinders me from working. PLEASE respond, email, Twitter and calling doesn't yield any results.
NO CABLE?? NOT EVEN!!
I considered purchasing a Brydge wireless keyboard for a split second. Then I noticed they can’t be bothered to include a charging cable for a $249 product. Seriously?! How cheap can you BE ? That’s a bad sign of a company I don’t want to do business with. From the looks of these other ratings, it looks like I dodged a bullet anyway. Buh-bye Brydge.
So…Brydge replied, telling me that most people already have one or multiple cables already. Ummm….yes, I do…and they’re used for other devices…or they’re worn… or lost. Sure would be nice to provide a new cable with that new expensive device. But…Brydge tells me that they provide them on an “as needed” basis. Ha! Really? So….YOU decide…ahead of time…whether or not all the customers who buy a particular device NEED the required cable or not. And don’t EVEN act like this is about the environment and waste. This is about your bottom line, keeping more money in YOUR wallet, plain and simple….at the expense of the customer. And BTW…every Apple product I’ve ever bought, including the most recent iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad Pro 2021, has had the required cable included, so don’t EVEN compare yourself to Apple. If you want to keep more money to yourself, just own it. Don’t act like you’re concerned about your customers or the environment or compare yourself to a company out of your league. And….I already bought a case/keyboard….just not from you.

Don't buy there!
Don't buy there! I wanted to return my keyboard because between order and shipment, I switched devices and didn't need it anymore. I have reached out to them on several channels (mail, google, instagram, Facebook) and have not received an answer nor a return label! They are legally obligated to take back the keyboard in a certain timespan, but have never replied and I have never gotten my money back.

Buy at your peril
It is now 47 emails and counting trying to get help from customer support. Absolute nightmare. They finally offered to replace my unit but then seem to withdraw that offer. How a company can work this way in this day and age is beyond me. Unless you have to buy (and I don't see a reason why you have to), don't
