The best team !

My daughter has been coming here since she was 2 years old. She had her party here in October and what an incredible experience! The children had the best time and made so many memories, they made the party so fun with plenty of time with the pony’s. She also does Saturday classes with Natasha. Natasha is an exceptional trainer who trainer with love and passion. Natasha we want to say a big thank you for being you and training to an exceptional standard. We can see all the progress the class makes each week with your incredible knowledge and training skills. Thank you team bryerley springs for always making us feel welcome and running such amazing classes , parties , pony for a day and much more ! You are all amazing !

Brilliant instructors and gorgeous surroundings for cross-country hacks out… but VERY UNPLEASANT OWNERS.

Their riding instructors are brilliant - especially Amber and Natasha - and the surrounding area is amazing for cross-country hacks out (if you’re part-loaning one of their school horses). However I found the on-site owners, Bev and Brian, to be extremely unpleasant and careless - they refused to acknowledge the danger posed by an especially troubled school horse (who I endured countless kick-ins and bites thanks to, during my time loaning her) and tried to make out I was to blame, even though it turns out this particular mare was known for being very defensive, unpredictable and impossible to handle on the ground way before my time. I wasn’t told this before agreeing to part-loan her though! None of the staff would assist with helping to work on and resolve her challenging ground behaviour, so inevitably I lost a lot of confidence around horses and within 2 months reluctantly gave up, as I couldn't continue to risk my physical safety and overall mental wellbeing. The owners refused to refund my account credit for several weeks and when they eventually did, it was to an invalid card so would have bounced. They insisted it hadn’t. I never received my money or any form of apology from the owners, so reluctantly decided to stop supporting their business.
