I would give them a zero if I had the option. We have ordered our son’s merchandise for a couple years and had no issues. UNTIL we had a return. I returned a new pair of riding gloves, and they sent me back and email stating that they were used. They had never been worn. The gloves in the photo clearly needed to be thrown away. I called and spoke with someone. They insisted that those were the gloves that I returned. I am not a dishonest person. I’m writing this bad review because I didn’t send worn out gloves. My son couldn’t even fit his hand in them. They have lost all future business from our family, and friends.
This has been my go-to website for dirt bike gear, parts, and everything else moto related through my entire evolution as a rider. From 85cc, to the 125cc, to the 250 2 banger, to the 450. They've been the best for as long as I can remember.
I love that they have the new released stuff ready to ship the minute it becomes available on the market, and also the fact that they have actual top of the line stuff on sale at ridiculously good prices - all the time.
If ever I have had an issue that required customer service, they've had really cool people on the other end to help me take care of it. Don't go to Amazon. Support shops like this!

I ordered items from BTO (leatt backpack and a leatt neck brace) and they arrived less than 5 days (I live in Los Angeles). All items came new and with no issues!

Would not order from this company again. Stock levels shown on site have zero reflection of their actual stock. Ordered items that showed in stock and weeks later I'm still waiting for them to get the items in stock to fill my order. I could have just ordered them from the manufacturer myself and cut them out of the process completely and been ahead.

I sent a return form to this company and have heard nothing back from them for over a week other than an email stating they are very busy.
I have tried over 6 times to call within the hours they suggest if you call at what they consider the wrong time. I'm a small business owner and if I treated my customers this way I'd be out of business in a hurry. I understand times are hard with the pandemic but I have read many recent reviews much like mine!
Take care of your customers that have purchased from you!

I’m writing this as I have tried to call, e-mail as my card got charged twice sent my statement. I have yet to get a call back or an e-mail. As a grandmother on unemployment so money is very tight and I’m so be upset I cancelled the order due to it bring a 6 year old. I’m so decussatedl.. I hope the call and make this right. I will give it gem one more day and then reporting to the BBB. As tight as money is due to covid 19, you would think they would respond ASAP. I have lots of friends that have done business and will explain what happened. I hope they don’t do business again. I feel they are taking advantage of me.

Terrible service, they were answering my emails until I told them there was an issue with the products they sent me. (The package was incomplete and they overcharged me). I haven’t heard from them since And I’ve sent them several emails being polite and all. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wouldn't order from here ever again. Ordered and paid for a Fox dirt bike helmet and Alpinestars boots for my daughter on 03rd July, its now the 26th August and I still don't have them and no one can tell me when I will get them.
I feel completely isolated by the customer service experience, and overall thoroughly disappointed with the service, $450 spend and nothing to show for it nearly 10 weeks later, poor show, don't buy from these guys, spend your money elsewhere

I ordered some graphics for a motorcycle that I just bought. After a couple of days of thinking they were on their way I got an email letting me know that they would be another 3-4 weeks. They offered to send another graphics kit in there place that could ship right away (that was awesome that they did that). However when they showed up it was a totally different kit then what they said was coming. I was tired of waiting so I just put them on and am super disappointed in the whole experience because I was so excited for a new look and now it just looks ok.
These guys are great, I ordered a chest protector that turned out to be out of stock, so they immediately emailed me and offered an upgraded chest protector at no additional cost or a full refunds. Great customer service.
