Some constructive criticism

Some constructive criticism; my multiple item order came on separate Days but order status was marked as “complete” after the first items were delivered. I freaked out thinking the other part of my order was lost. Ultimately came 2 days later. Otherwise BTO provides great service. Maybe service was down because of CORVID19.
