The Buildfix team did an excellent job in repairing the subsidence issue at our property.
The whole process was smooth, efficient, professional and courteous:
- very thorough and informative site assessment. Joe patiently answered all the questions I had.
- competitive fixed price quotation that includes detailed scope of work and assistance with locating the services at the property
- Irene was friendly, efficient and accommodating in organising the job
- the friendly team of Joe and Jack executed the plan very well on the day. They explained every step clearly, giving me the confidence of a job well done.
We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend the Buildfix team for any subsidence repairs.

We have had an issue with our front brick wall leaning more and more over the years with a few vertical cracks appearing. The lean was getting to the stage where it was starting to affect the sliding of our front gate. Ryan from Buildfix spent a couple of days straightening the wall such that it is now back to completely vertical with the cracks filled. We were very pleased with the professionalism of Buildfix and, of course, the result.

Buildfix came round and addressed our cracked wall and subsidence issues last week. The results were nothing less than spectacular. The not so small cracks that have been around for years closed up almost perfectly. The Buildfix team from Bruno who did the inspection and quote, to Kurt and his mate who did the job were super friendly and courteous, patiently explaining and answering all our questions. We couldn't be happier with the results. We previously had another injection company carried out the same job five years ago and no improvement was seen, the cracks were there the whole time and nothing changed. We were told there were substantial lift but we couldn't see anything visually. Our subsidence issues continued to worsen over that time. Fingers crossed that it is finally properly addressed. Time will tell.
Important point regarding warranty. We contacted the previous company re guarantee five months after the work was done as our front door was jamming after a period of rain. They told us to engage plumbers to check the pipes. There was a crack underground in a storm water junction so it was our fault and no warranty work was carried out, even though we had the same plumbers checked all the pipes prior to the injection five months ago and there were no issues. We couldn't possibly be having pipes checked every month, could we?
Buildfix's warranty covers burst pipes but also has something excluding poorly maintained plumbing and pipes. Also any warranty work will only be done once only. These weren't made clear to me at quoting time so ask for the FULL warranty terms first and have a good read.

Buildfix were great from the start of the process to finish, and their quote was the most reasonably priced. Both teams kept me informed all the way through, for work done on my subsidence issues and repairs to my cracked brick wall. They were very efficient, clean and professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent communication from quote to completion. Very reasonably priced in comparison to other similar companies who charge per unit of liquid.

We got resin injection done by Buildfix to lift our 70 year old two storey, double brick home. The cost of the job was pleasantly surprising, compared to some of the alternatives.
The company representatives, from the first site inspection to the guys who did the actual work, were very genuine people who just gave honest advice without any tricks.
Highly recommend this mob.

Very professional from assessment to completion of the works.
Very quick.
The solution was much cheaper than other options regarding underpinning and less invasive.

We used Buildfix to repair our damp course. They responded quickly to my enquiry and sent an engineer to assess and quote the work required. He was very professional, on time, polite, and thorough in his assessment and quote. Once we accepted the quote, the admin team were very prompt in booking the team to do the necessary work. The technicians who attended were fantastic. They let us know their arrival time each day, they were polite and respectful, cleaned up all the dust from the drilling and left the house looking very clean and tidy. I definitely recommend Buildfix for any work you need done in your home.

Matt attended our property for provide an assessment and quote. Matt was easy to engage and very thorough in his assessment. Matt have honest feedback and recommendations and was not pushy, which filled me with confidence. While we did not proceed with works at this stage, when we review in 6-months time, I will be contacting Buildfix because I am confident in the service I will receive.

I was impressed with the easy and seamless process from initial contact with Buildfix, to the lengthy assessment of the problems with the house which included explanation as to what was required and how the work would be done and including a pre-quote, for the patience of the assessor in answering many questions, to the forwarding of a formal quote and following acceptance, the quick time in which dates were given when the work could start and a date for pipe location prior to the start date at no additional cost.
I had two jobs done by Buildfix with many months between each.
Firstly, resin underpinning with Geo-Poly resin to stabilize a moving extension and cracked ceiling (the result of the lift to the foundations closing the crack in the ceiling and to this day it has not moved again). Secondly, to strengthen a crack in a rendered brick wall with Helicalbars.
Both jobs were completed within a day and any waste was removed and a clean-up done.
The technicians took pride in their work and were professional and courteous and went beyond what I expected.
Buildfix is a small client-focused business.
All their work has standard product warranty and in addition a standard 10 year labour warranty.
I was happy that I found this company.
Anyone wanting this type of work done should definitely contact Buildfix.

I’m not sure where to begin with regards to singing the praises of “Buildfix”.
I had a rather significant damp problem in the brickwork of my balcony and from the moment I first called “Buildfix” they have been the epitome of friendly, professional, reliable and informative. It is without exaggeration that I say that “Buildfix” is probably the single best company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Before coming across “Buildfix” I was struggling to find a tradie to even come out and take a look at my problem, let alone fix it! In this day and age most tradies/companies don’t even bother replying to calls and when they do respond they are loathe to come out on site to even take a look at the issue (most of them just ask you to email photos, which can’t always give you a comprehensive idea or understanding of the issue) “Buildfix” was the exact opposite. Not only did they promptly reply to my call but within days they had booked in a structural engineer to come out and take a look at the issue.
When Chris, (the structural engineer) came out, not only did he diagnose the issue (finally I had an answer as to what was going on with my brickwork!!) but he took the time to go through and very throughly and carefully explain not only the cause of the issue but what could be done to fix it. He happily and patiently listened to each and every one of my questions (of which there were many) and then took the time to answer each and every one of them. He also took the time to carefully inspect the house and see how extensive the issue was.
Having explained the issue and rectification process Chris then sent through a very detailed report which clearly outlined exactly what was to be done and how much it would cost. It is here that I would like to add that the quote was very fairly and reasonably priced!
Once I made the very easy decision of choosing “Buildfix” to carry out the repair (it was a no brainer really) the incredibly lovely Project Coordinator, Irene, gave me a call and booked in the times and dates for the work to be carried out.
And now we arrive at today, the day of repair (12/09/24) And from here the review only gets better. Jamie and Luke arrived today to carry out the work and there simply aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful they both were to deal with. Not only did they arrive promptly (they were also incredibly understanding when I was a few minutes late arriving home) but they were incredibly kind, courteous, friendly and exceedingly professional. Jamie took the time to take me through exactly what they would be doing today (just to make sure that we were all on the same page) and then later in the day Luke shared some very interesting facts and insight about the product they were using and exactly what it is and how it worked (he managed to explain it in a way that my laypersons brain would be able to understand it) Then when the work was completed I struggled to see any signs of the work being done. (Damp proofing requires drilling multiple holes in the bricks so that the solution/product can be injected and yet when the job was completed I could barely see any evidence of where the holes were drilled) I saw the holes with my own eyes, so I know they were there but the boys did such a great job patching them up that if I hadn’t seen the holes with my very own eyes I wouldn’t have believed they were ever there, such was the brilliant repair work) I’m not sure what else to say other than Both Jamie and Luke were incredible to deal with and they are honestly a credit to “Buildfix”
I would absolutely NOT HESITATE to recommended “Buildfix” to any of my friends or family who are in need of any home repairs/structural repairs.
A huge thank you to Chris and Irene and particularly to Jamie and Luke!! You are all awesome!!

Jared and Kurt did an awesome job. Very friendly and communicated every step of the way. My wife and I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond to make the walls as straight as possible with the best amount of lift.

I had major cracks at my house and subsidance problem. I called Buildfix on a recommendation. They truly have been amazing and what they do. They came out to give me a quote and the subsidence has been done and I’ve had Terry and Brandon out here the past two days repairing the cracks. They answered all my questions and showed me exactly what they will be doing. They are very professional. Customer Service is exceptional. There work ethic. I can’t fault.
If you have any problems please give them a go. They are just really really good. I’ve had many of my neighbours their phone number as they watched what they were doing. Thanks Buildfix night my huge headache disappear.
