Poor quality poor customer service
Ordered 2 trellis panels. First 2 arrived broken so taken back by driver .. 2 weeks later sent 2 more, 1 broken & 1 poor quality with few damaged areas/ poor planing etc. so sent worst one back.. pickup was arranged within a few days, however still waiting for new panel, no communication from company, so after 3 weeks called them, told there is a further 4 week delay… wish I could just get a refund & go elsewhere!
Do not buy from this company . ☹️

We've used this company a few times now and the service is excellent! The one time we had a problem it was resolved quickly and a replacement sent. The driver today (Graham W) was also brilliant, very friendly and helpful thoroughly checking the order to reassure me it was complete after I queried it! First class service all round.

Returned fence panels with no issues
Bought 5 ft and 6 ft panels, had to return and exchange the 6ft panels for 5ft ones. Spoke to Ruben on the phone, all was sorted quickly and professionally, they charge £30 for the service and £10 to choose a particular day for delivery. The panels are good quality, the delivery drivers were very nice, especially Phil. S.
