I was really wary of ordering online. Would the size be right. Would it be genuine etc. But I took the risk paying by credit card in case. It all went so smoothly and I was really impressed. When I ordered online I received a call to double check details. The ring was then made specially for me and arrived ahead of the suggested time of 2 weeks. I love it and would buy from them again

I came across this company on eBay when I was searching for an eternity ring.
They had listed a particular ring that was exactly what I wanted (Ascher cut diamonds) at a price that I could afford.
The listing said that the ring was available up to a UK size S, but if you needed larger than a P, to contact them before purchase.
So I emailed them, said I needed a Q and could they supply it, they replied saying yes, that wouldn’t be a problem, they would even make a new ring in the size I needed if I would allow a short lead time.
I thought that was great, I had no problem with waiting a bit longer, so I went ahead with the purchase and sent the money.
Fast forward to today and I get an email from them through eBay saying that the only ring they had was in a UK size i and for me to get the size I’d ordered would be another £300.
I couldn’t believe what I was reading, I’d contacted them as requested with my size requirements before purchase, they had agreed, no mention of a raised price, no mention on the listing of price per size and that there was only one size in stock!
I emailed them back and asked why they had told me they would make a ring in my size but never mentioned anything about an extra £300, the answer I got was “if you want round diamonds or princess cut I’ll do it for the price you paid”
This is sharp practice at it’s finest, how on earth can you advertise something at one price, offering it in a range of sizes and then once someone has bought it, decide you want another £300 extra?
After the experience I’ve had with this company I would advise anyone considering a purchase to think very carefully.
I don’t even know if it’s legal to sell someone something at one price and as soon as you have their money, decide you’re upping the price.
Surely once you’ve purchased something you have a contract with the supplier and they can’t just suddenly decide they want to raise the price once you’ve paid them.
I suspect I won’t be the first person this company has done this to and I’d urge anyone considering buying from them to be very, very careful or risk feeling as disappointed and scammed as I do.
This company doesn’t care about providing a good service, they are just out to get the maximum amount of money they can out of their customers who buy their items in good faith and at the price advertised.

I have just had the best morning ever! I went to collect a diamond necklace that I’d had made for daughter’s birthday. The necklace is stunning, absolutely perfect and while I was waiting, I think I tried on every ring in the shop. Who knew that I needed a diamond tennis bracelet too?! Let’s just say, I have a shopping list for husband that will last a lifetime.
The staff are wonderful, patient and accommodating, especially Mahsa. They even cleaned my old wedding and engagement ring. I will definitely be back there soon. I 100% recommend and will never go anywhere else for diamonds xxx

We called into their shop in Hatton Garden not sure exactly what I wanted, Urvesh spent time explaining the different quality of the diamonds showing me the GIA chart, I then chose a few different designs before deciding on a solitaire. He then brought out different settings for me to choose from, within a few days a CAD design was sent through to see if I was happy then the ring was made to order. Highly recommend this company and thank Urvesh for the time spent with me, his service and quick responses.

My requirements were very specific, my knowledge exceedingly limited as was my budget however, Buy Fine Diamonds rose and surpassed the challenge, sending numerous photos of current stock and examples of bespoke items that could be manufactured to order. When making such a purchase I prefer see item 1st hand and when visiting their showroom, they could not have been even more helpful.
Nothing is too much trouble, full explanation and insight, no pressure, something in stock for every taste and budget. Full documentation and even nice packaging which I thought was a bonus for a wholesaler! What was most pleasing was a Fantastic price.

The only recommendation I can make is for the team to send out regular updates to customers to keep them informed along the way. I had a tight deadline which was met in the end, but I had to chase for updates. Nevertheless, 10/10 service and will do it again.
