Despite significant delivery challenges and adverse weather conditions, we did everything possible to ensure the order was delivered rather than cancelled.

Fantastic experience with the delivery service! The logs showed up right on time, and the driver placed them exactly where I requested. Although it would have been helpful to know the delivery window in advance to adjust my schedule, it worked out since they arrived at the end of the time frame, and I was home in time.

What a service ! Ordered couple of days before Christmas not expecting delivery until 29th onwards. But low and behold order confirmed and delivered the next day - amazing ! This time round we ordered an XL mixed pallet. The pallet load was very high and had moved a bit in transportation making it very unstable getting off the vehicle but the delivery guy dealt with it with the help of my other half . Can't recommend this company enough -

Weather proof wrapped log delivery
The delivery was made in good time and the weather proof wrapping on the pallet meant that there was no immediate hurry to unload the logs into the storage shed.
The logs are burning really nicely on the fire, so all in all really pleased with the purchase.

A journey travelled
We live down a fairly inaccessible pot hole ridden lane and so our driver had to off load at the top and drag our flexicrate a good 60 metres over rough ground to get it to our place so, well done him. Above amd beyond i would say.
