The ordering process was easy enough
The delivery driver however was rude .
Dumped it in front of the garage when my husband asked him to move it he was very argumentative . He moved it eventually but customer relations really not good .

Our deliveries are guaranteed as kerbside only, as firewood is a very heavy product and it’s not always safe to move the pallet further onto the property. However, when conditions allow, Palletways drivers often do their best to help and place the pallet where the customer prefers. We apologise if the communication with the driver was not polite — this does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
Your feedback is very valuable, and we’ll make sure to share it with our delivery partner to help improve service quality in the future.

The delivery driver had a powered fork…
The delivery driver had a powered fork lift so he was able (and willing) to manoeuvre the pallet of wood onto my property - unlike previous deliveries where younger more jobsworth drivers have left the pallets kerbside.

Whilst I specified a 7.5 ton Truck this did not seem to be recognised.
Notification of arrival was not 1 hour before as asked.
I was only given 24 hours notice if delivered - fortunately was out.
Having said that the driver was excellent and got the load to where I wanted it.
