I bought a gift card 36 hours ago directly from their official store. The platform explicitly shows that my payment was successful, yet the order status is still stuck in "processing." This makes absolutely no sense. This website promises automatic delivery, but I have received nothing.To make matters worse, I contacted customer support 24 hours ago during their official working hours, and they have completely ignored my messages. Even though the system clearly registers the transaction as successful, it feels like they are pretending they didn't receive it. This is completely unacceptable. BuySellVouchers says the evidence was not sufficient because I did not submit the requested video before the dispute closed. My issue is that I did provide an initial screenshot showing Google Play rejected the code with the error: “There is a problem with that code. Please try again later.”
Later, when I made the exact screen recording they requested, I discovered a bigger issue: the code sold as **Google Play 20000 INR India** showed **IDR**, not INR, during redemption, while my payment profile was India.
Google’s own help says the gift card currency must match the payment profile settings. So the IDR vs INR mismatch is directly relevant evidence that the delivered product may not match what I purchased.
I also did not receive an email when the dispute required more evidence; I only received an email after it was closed. After I provided the new video evidence, BuySellVouchers refused to review it because the dispute was already closed.
The seller also never provided me with clear proof that the exact code was unused, active, and valid for Google Play India. That is why I still believe this case was handled unfairly.

I contacted the seller again, but the seller did not provide any refund, reimbursement, or proof that the exact code was valid, unused, and redeemable for India.
In my opinion, this case was handled unfairly, and the seller’s behavior appears highly suspicious based on the evidence.

Bait and switch: Title says $10, product is something else
I bought what was advertised as a "$10 Gift Card" specifically because I needed to purchase Roblox Premium. Instead, I was given a code for 800 Robux. When I confronted the seller, they admitted it wasn't a $10 card but claimed I should have seen the "real" value hidden in the description. Now I’m stuck with Robux I didn't want and I still can't get the subscription I needed. This is a clear bait-and-switch. BuySellVouchers should not allow sellers to put false amounts in their titles.

Seller sent an invalid gift card and when I tried to get support, they never answered.
Try to sign up with an email that has a dot in middle of it, you can't! WTF actually?
You can't also sign up with google if your email address has a . inside!
Lastly I contacted them 2 times during 24 hours and both times got ignored (they never get back to me).
Also, did I tell you, probably my email address has a dot inside, and they can't send you an email in 2026?! OMG

My account was suspended — which, under certain conditions, I could understand. However, the real issue is that the earnings from my completed sales have been arbitrarily withheld. The platform blocks your funds without providing any clear or satisfactory explanation.

Total scam, I bought a meta quest gift cart and the code for the gift card didn't work, it said it's already redeemed! I contacted support and they said there's a 24hr return policy after the transaction, ok understandable, but just tell me how th would I return it in 24 hrs when it took more than 24 hrs to get sent to me? and what if I didn't wanna use it right away? well in my case I didn't, I tried to redeem the code 2 week later and it said it's been already redeemed. the support said to contact the seller directly but the fun part is my order is nowhere to be found in my dashboard! its like that transaction never existed!! so yes people, its that easy to just sing up, try to sell an already use product for a discount and get away with the money if you wanna earn some not so honest money.
