Stay well clear of this company. Really nice until something goes wrong and don’t want to pay for a genuine repair.
Bought a vehicle in August and had a fault come on auto gearbox that left me stranded pulling out on a roundabout. I had the fault codes read before i Had to take it back to them under warranty because I couldn’t find a garage that would do the work under there warranty package. After receiving the car back they told me it had a gearbox software update and should be ok. Jump to December and the exact same issue and exact same fault code but there now saying it’s wear and tear and get an independent company to check it. Why should I have to pay for something that was there under warranty period.
Cars been sat now for 3 week as dangerous to drive

In response to below I think you have been misinformed as it hasn’t been 7 month it was 6 month dated 24/1/26 which was reported 3 week before this date so why should I pay for an independent report. The exact same fault code as previous but obviously your taking it to a garage that hasn’t got experience in this complex gearbox and still not received invoices for work that was meant to have been carried out.

We feel it’s important to clarify the facts here so both you, and anyone else reading this review, fully understands the situation.
When you first reported an intermittent gearbox issue, we brought the vehicle back to us, arranged diagnostics, and carried out extensive testing, including long motorway journeys. At that time, there was no permanent fault present, no active warning lights, and the vehicle drove correctly. A stored fault code was cleared and the vehicle was returned to you in good faith.
Several months later, after further use of the vehicle and outside the warranty period, a further issue was raised. At this stage, a basic diagnostic readout was provided. For clarity, a diagnostic readout simply displays fault codes, it is not an inspection report, does not identify root cause, and cannot confirm whether an issue is related, coincidental, or entirely different, nor whether it existed at the point of sale.
This is why we requested an independent engineer’s inspection report from a recognised inspection body such as DEKRA, IVIS, ACE (Automotive Consulting Engineers), or SCOTIA. These organisations physically inspect the vehicle and produce a professional, independent report that assesses the fault in detail and confirms whether it was present or developing at the point of sale. Their reports are routinely relied upon by finance companies, insurers, and courts.
To date, no such independent inspection report has been provided. Without this evidence, the issue must be treated as wear and tear, and we cannot accept liability for repairs that arise months later.
To suggest that we “don’t want to pay for a genuine repair” is therefore incorrect. We have acted reasonably, transparently, and in line with industry standards at every stage. We cannot accept responsibility for issues that arise months later without independent evidence, as this would be unfair and unsustainable for any dealer.
We stand by our actions and our record. The vast majority of our customers recognise the level of care and professionalism we provide, which is reflected in our 2000+ 5 Star reviews.
