They didn’t ship the items and when I contacted them after a month wondering where is my shipment it took them 2 weeks to figure out an answer . they said although they took my money but they didn’t have stock when they took my payment so they simply ghosted me and ignored that they received payment from me until i tried to contact them i wander whts the legal term for that.
Thank God that i tried in a small amount.

I haven’t got my money back
I returned my items on November 20, 2025, and almost a month has passed, yet I still have not received my refund. I find this very disappointing, especially considering that this is such a large company, where one would expect refunds to be processed promptly.
According to their website, the refund should be processed within a few days, yet almost a month has now passed since I returned the items. I therefore expect and require the refund to be processed as soon as possible!

You don't feel appreciated as a customer. You place an order, but only one item arrives. After contacting customer service, it turned out that the product was sold out. Upon request, my money was refunded. After a week and a half, the missing item was delivered after all. After reporting this in all honesty, I was asked to return it in the original manner. This means that I would have to bear the costs of returning it. After contacting customer service again, they suggested sending a return ticket so that they would bear the costs. As a customer, you always have to contact them again and then go back to the post office because of their mistake. Honesty is not valued in this company. This is how they lose me as a customer. I had a similar situation with another company. They treated me in a very customer-friendly manner without me having to contact them several times.

Disgusting customer service and experience. I bought two items in the recent sale…
I bought two items in the recent sale they had and had accidentally put on the wrong address and i contacted them less than 10 minutes after placing the order by email asking wether they could cancel the order or change the address as it hadn’t been shipped out. They refused to do either and told me to waiting till the order gets returned to them and that they will get sent out again. i saw that it has been sent back so i contacted merrachi and they said they could not send it out again and told me to place another order but i could not afford it at full price and told them i only ordered as they had a sale going on but they did not help me and now im out of pocket and have no idea when the money will be refunded especially seeing their reviews and seeing they never refund anyone. I am so disappointed and disgusted with their customer service & team, especially the person called WAFA who was dealing with my case.No other company would do what Merrachi did and they would send the order out again but merrachi are greedy.

From the moment you reached out, our team kindly and clearly explained the situation: once an order is placed, our system processes it automatically to ensure fast delivery to all our customers. This is why we are unable to cancel or change the shipping address after confirmation. If it were possible, we would have gladly done so, but unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
That’s why we reassured you from the start that once the package was returned to us, you would be refunded. We have always been consistent and transparent about the process, and we never promised something we could not deliver. A refund is the correct resolution in this type of case, and we made sure you knew you would not lose your money.
Beyond following our standard process, we even went further: recognizing how much you were waiting for your order, we contacted our warehouse to see if a one-time exception could be made to reship your items once you provided the correct address. This was offered as a special treatment, and you agreed to it, something we don’t usually do for orders.
Because of this, we’re a bit confused by the tone of this review. We did not refuse to help; in fact, we went out of our way to be kind, transparent, and accommodating.
