Avoid avoid avoid
As I type this I already know what the reply will be from the other reviews - they have no record of me, am I sure I am not confusing them with another seller etc etc
Just another scam company based in China with a shiny shopfront online showing nice clothes. When they arrive they are terrible quality, unlabelled and the company don’t want to abide by online selling regulations and won’t accept a return.
Wishing I’d checked trustpilot first as the shape of the reviews says it all when 35-40 percent are 5* and the same proportion 1*
Will leave others to draw their own conclusions. Luckily for me my credit card company has refunded me and upheld my claim.

Great service and brand!
I love the brand. I bought already many things from them. From scarfs till the clothing line.
I had a small problem with the stitch in one of the pants I bought. It was damaged and had an opening. Once I contacted merrachi. They helped me and they send me a new one. I loved the service I got from them. The service represented the brand as it is. They are really understanding and give you the time every customer deserves.
I will surely keep on buying from them.

Very disappointed with the service…
Very disappointed with the service received. The online ordering was misleading which resulted in my daughter ordering two dresses identical as at checkout it offered her a reduction, so she accepted the reduction only to find, you then took payment for two dresses. When both identical dresses arrived they did not fit correctly. They do not sit right around her bust and under arm so we went to return both ( obviously) and are now told we cannot return or gain a refund. You have offered a voucher to buy again ( why would I ?? Given this lack of customer service) or a £20 voucher when we paid nearly £100. Again no good whatsoever. Under consumer rights act, goods not fit for purchase ( whether in sale or not) should be returned and refunded.

Great customer service
I've had a great experience with Merrachi – every order has arrived the very next day, which is super reliable and convenient. When I had a minor issue, Lily from customer service was incredibly helpful. She responded almost immediately and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service – undelivered items and refused return
I placed order on April 24th and never received all the items I paid for. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I either got no response or incomplete answers. The missing items meant the rest of my order couldn’t be used as a full outfit as planned, so I decided to return them.
I followed the store’s own return instructions for customers outside the EU, paid for shipping, labeled everything correctly – yet my return package was refused by their warehouse and sent back to me. I even shared photos proving this, but still haven’t received any real help or refund.
Overall, extremely disappointed by the poor communication, missing items still shown as "in stock" on their website, and the refusal to accept my return despite me following their stated policy. Sadly, I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.
