The website is easy to navigate, purchase easily done. I was happy with the price and the service delivery . The product (SD CARD) was also well protected in the shipping box and therefore very safe.

Being one of the only distributers of the F-Stop camera bags in europe, i was forced to order my bag from CameraTools.nl - i have no regrets. At first it was sold out, but i wrote their customer service and they where very quick to respond with an estimated availability date. Somehow they managed to get the bag available much sooner and send me an email so that i could order it. The bag arrived 6 days after i ordered it, which i think is very fast since it had to be shipped from the Netherland to Denmark. The bag was excellently wrapped and in top condition. I have since ordered another item, and i will continue to be a customer in their web store.
