I went to the store in St Catharines…

I went to the store in St Catharines today to update some of my electronics prior to travelling to Mexico. The selection was overwhelming so I was helped by an amazing staff member Jordan. He told me exactly what I needed to improve the charging rate and efficiency of my iPhone and gave me advice regarding my Chromebook too. Could not say good enough things about The Store and the staff excellent

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. If you buy something from there, pray that you won't have issues because their customer service is pure garbage. It's been 4 months I'm trying to ge tmy money back

They charged me GST before the cutoff.

They charged me GST before the cutoff point at 12:01 AM on February 16th and then tried to tell me the cutoff was February 14th at 3 PM.

Oddly, they only charged the GST too.

Customer support sent me one email, ignored the rest of my emails for a bit, and then resent me the same message that the cutoff is at Febuary 14th at 3pm which it absolutely was not anywhere else, and that I won't be getting a refund.

This is a very sheisty company. Slimy people, not worth doing business with. There are better people out there, less slimy and fraudulent, that deserve your money.

Awful company

In 2019 they wouldn't let me price match a GPU. And wanted full non-matched price to order it in. Sketchy af. Don't ever shop there.

Company borrowed my money for 3 months…

Company borrowed my money for 3 months for an order they had no intention to fulfill, asked for a partial fulfillment as a sign of good faith, said no. They are now going to raise the price after milking a interest free loan, would not shop here again.

Bad website

The funniest thing is that I am trying to access their website and it tells me that I cannot access it from “that” country. I checked my public IP and it is as Canadian as possible. Of course, as it is the case with any bad designed web site, there is no link to let them know about this errored error :P

This company is absolute garbage

This company is absolute garbage. I ordered 2 sticks of RAM they had labed "In stock ready to ship" the next day i get an email saying it's back ordered but should arrive in a week. I immediately contact them to cancel the order and am told "We can not cancel or refund special orders" I didn't want a special order i wanted what you had in stock ready to ship. Well of course a refund takes 10 business days to be refunded so i said ok just give me the ram the ETA is in 5 days. I wait the 5 days and get told now it's an additional 2 weeks before it's even expected. I ask for a refund again and am told it's a special order i can't cancel it. So now i'm waiting a month to get ram that is IN stock on corsair, memory express, and amazon and they tell me it's on backorder with their distributor because of the chinese lunar new year but it's in stock every where else. NEVER USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY... Better service from a random person on ebay

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Takes a month to respond to a RMA request. Tells me I’ve never made a request and therefore my item is not available for RMA. I’m now the owner of a 200$ non working motherboard.

Ordered a product online

Ordered a product online, for them to put it on backorder (said it was available online) with no expected shipping date.

They pre-charged my credit card, and didn't remove the charge for three weeks.

I made numerous attempts and open tickets to cancel the order to nothing but crickets back from their customer service.

They shipped the product, charged my credit card again, and I still had to carry it in to a store to return and get my money back (a week later) and the customer service counter at the store gave me a hard time about return too.

STAY AWAY FROM CANADA COMPUTERS

Avoid the crooks

Avoid the crooks. Trap you with crap warranty and products god this place should be shut down what a bunch of losers. Kennedy road store what a joke. 7000 dollar build equals not working properly memory not installed properly. The reason I can return my computer is cause I have these losers build it. God someone tell these idiots off fire them all hire real workers.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience – misleading and unresponsive

I purchased an item from this company on November 29, believing it was available online as advertised. I started paying for it through Flexiti, but after two months, the package still hasn't arrived. To make things worse, I recently found out that the item is on backorder, even though it was listed as "online available" when I ordered.

I have tried reaching out multiple times, but they are completely unresponsive. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. They are charging me for something they can't deliver and refuse to provide proper updates.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company. They do not respect their customers and have no sense of accountability.

Worst

Wow, should have read the reviews first. Place an order and was told 5 days. After two weeks and no order we bought at a more reputable location. Never recd the package and now a month and half still waiting for refund. They do not EVER answer their phones, you get music for an hour and then they hang up. Not sure what is going on but judging the reviews , things are not good.

Terrible Service, Terrible Company.

I was wrongfully guided by their technicians. They diagnosed my computer and guessed the issue, suggesting I buy new hardware to fix the issue, which I did. The same day, the issue persisted, my computer kept shutting down for no reason during gameplay. I brought it back and they "diagnosed" the computer a second time and found the issue. They made a mistake and now refuse to offer compensation, making me pay for both services (2 installations), extra unnecessary hardware and a lying manager that can't keep her story straight, says she will compensate, the next day, she says she never said that. Basically, a company that doesn't care about it's customers.

Computer Canada in Laval, boulevard St-Martin.

You're better off supporting local businesses, which think of their customers, not how to take your money.

I had a worst experience with Canada…

I had a worst experience with Canada Computer store which is located on College st. near Spadina st. They lied and steal and provide misleading information. When I bought the computer, it was missing a cable and they did not care. Also, they provided me a wrong cable. They do not care for their customers. Also, one of my friend apply to work at Canada computer store. He go the job. A week later, my buddy called and was told he did not get the job. That is not nice and low. The staffs are dishonest and uncaring.
