Canadian protein offers great products at a great price.

I have been buying protein in bulk from this company every 2 to 3 months since March 2020. Because I trusted them completely after 6 years of regular business, I never thought I had to double-check their packaging.
Unfortunately, my latest bulk order had major issues. When I got to the last packet, the smell was completely off, the texture was terrible, it turned yellowish, and it wouldn't dissolve properly. When I checked the stamp, I realized they sent me a product with an expiration date of that exact same month. Sending a bulk order of nearly expired product with absolutely no warning is completely unfair.
I was still willing to give them a chance to fix it and reached out to their customer support team, but I have received zero replies. It is incredibly disappointing to be completely ignored after years of loyalty. You just lost a dedicated, long-term regular customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Delivery service dropped the package 10 kms - 2 bus transfers and an hour trip each way to pickup.

The delivery company has a depot 10 mins walk from me.

you're risking losing money if you order through here... and they take way too long to follow up on order issues. not worth the trouble. just get your supplements locally and save yourself the headache.

This has been one of the worst supplement purchasing experiences I have ever had.

I purchased a BCAA product from Canadian Protein and immediately noticed a strong, abnormal chemical-like odor upon opening the container. The smell was so pungent and concerning that I was not comfortable consuming the product. This is a supplement intended for human consumption, so any quality concern of this nature should be treated with the highest level of urgency.

What disappointed me even more was the response from customer support. Instead of demonstrating concern for a potential product quality issue, the interactions felt dismissive and insensitive. I provided photos, lot information, and order details, yet I was left feeling as though my concerns were not being taken seriously.

When customers report an unusual odor in a consumable product, the response should be immediate, professional, and focused on consumer safety. Instead, I experienced delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.

This is not simply a customer service issue. Any potential quality concern involving a supplement product deserves proper investigation and transparent communication. The fact that I had to repeatedly follow up for answers is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Canadian Protein. There are many supplement companies in the market that take customer concerns seriously and respond appropriately when product quality is questioned.

Extremely disappointed with both the product experience and the handling of this situation.

I’ve been ordering from Canadian Protein for a while now, and they are easily my go-to supplement brand. You honestly can't beat the value you get here compared to buying big-name brands at retail stores, especially if you buy their bulk bags.The mixability is great. I usually get the Chocolate Milkshake flavor, and it mixes completely smooth in a regular shaker cup without any of that annoying chalky or gritty texture. The flavor is clean and doesn't taste like fake chemical sweetener.Most importantly, it doesn’t mess with my stomach. A lot of other cheap whey proteins leave me feeling super bloated, but this digests easily and feels light.If you want solid, clean protein without paying a premium for fancy marketing, I highly recommend giving them a shot.

I love the taste and texture of vegan protein. It blends so well with my fruit smoothies that I don’t miss my desserts anymore. There is no aftertaste or chalkiness!
