Not satisfied
I ordered 400 grams of Jelly Belly sweets. It cost 10€ of transport fees which is a lot for a delivery time which has took more than a week. From your country to belgium, not more than 500km. Some shops are able to deliver twice fast for half price from China. Cannot you choose better transport partners ?
Also I have checked weight and found 97 to 98 grams plastic bag included for each. Not very fair !
I live in 21 century, don't you ?

The sweets are packaged very well - and there's a huge choice.
We ordered a big box of Reece chocolates for an American client who is based in the Netherlands - and she LOVED them.

This review is made of the basis of two purchase.
If I had made the review based on the first purchase, you would have gotten 5 stars, unfortunately I chose to buy 1 more time.
The first purchase went perfectly, and that’s why I now gives you 2 stars.
But second purchase, went far from perfect.
1 First of all you didn’t had all the items on your website (please get it fixed)
2 Since I didn’t received my items I contacted you in an email, where you claimed that you have called my cellphone, but I have not gotten any calls from you
. 3 You did not send the remaining items before again being contacted by me.
4 The product itself became more expensive for me because of your postage. Your postage is always 80 dkk, and therefor if I buy more stuff I get more out of the postage. But when I don’t receive all my items, the other items becomes more expensive (because of the postage).
5 My money for the items that never showed up, have not been refunded. Again it’s me who have to contact you guys again, where you claimed that you have tried to send me the money, but it didn’t worked. There for you ask me for my bank details again.
Seriously you have to learn to contact the buyer, when problems like these occur, because this is not professional.
NowI have a strong expectation to get my money, the last email (4/1) !!!!!!!!

We ask you monday your bankdetails for the refund. If you pay with creditcard. then we can only refund the full amount, not a part.
