Safe, reliable, and yummy
I’ve ordered from Candy Online a few times now. They offer special foreign food and sweets that I miss from home. Payment is easy and secure, shipping is reliable and fast, and the service is awesome as they usually throw a special surprise in the box as a fun gift. Very, very pleased with them and will continue to order from them regularly! :)

Wat ontzettend jammer dat je niet eerder met ons contact heb opgenomen betreft je bestelling. Helaas heeft de douane je pakket tegen gehouden omdat je als consument geen voedsel mag importeren uit de EU. Je bestelling is geannuleerd en je ontvangt van ons een volledige terugbetaling.
*UPDATE het pakket is tegengehouden door de douane in Zweden niet in Nederland.

Incompetent staff
Candyonline is a bunch of incompetent idi*ts.
1. I have made an order of 50€, they took 71€ of my bank account.
2. I have ordered ONLY Energydrinks. But they only sent me half of the Energydrinks I ordered and a lot of candy I didn't order.
As I was on vacation and the order was already quite old when I returned to home, they didn't want to do anything, no refund, nothing. They don't give a damn about their clients.

Delivered wrong order!!
Delivered wrong order!!! I asked to send me the right one and I m waiting for 3 weeks !!! And still not th eright one. Just promisses thats all.
Late answers, really do not recommend this company.
I spent hier per order cca 100-200 euro. And it is not first time what was something wrong....

Let's see...
Be careful because if they don't have one of the products you purchased there's no way to know until the package arrives. I had to send them an e-mail asking for one of the products that was missing in my box. They answered that was out of stock (doesn't say on the website nor I have any e-mails from them) and said they refunded my money back to my bank account yesterday. I'm still waiting.
The rest of the order was OK.
