I loved the rep’s at the show, but I was expecting an instruction booklet. I did not expect to have to use the phone to call and get a booklet. I still don’t have any information on how to use it although I’m stumbling through. I think this was a poor example of customer service it should have been inside the box thank you Kathy Daniels Messina

Isis was great...she was very patient when I was having difficulty getting my photos uploaded and she was just very patient through the entire process. I've had my cap for almost two years. There were a couple of things going on. I sent my cap in, it was repaired and I had it back within a week.

Of all beauty investments I’ve made, this one is the most valuable and important. I have fine curly hair with an awful widows peak. I’ve been this way for years. Someone told me about red light therapy and hair restoration. I researched and this brand device was recommended by a popular plastic surgery doctor on YouTube. Made the investment and it’s worth every penny. The staff were helpful when I had questions during the order process as well as after the purchase. My hair line looks completely different. The capillus app experience has been terrible. It literally had to be uninstalled and reinstalled each time I wanted to log sessions making it unusable. I just noticed that there appears to be a new capillus app in the Apple App Store. No one communicated anything about its release or anything. This is not how a technology company should operate. You should work to improve your customer success department. The easiest thing in the world to do is communicate effectively with your customers. I use the cap each day and also the shampoo/conditioner. The poor app experience just hurts my overall experience. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way.
