We are members of the CAMC and have been for a few years now. To be honest we find their main sites very expensive and mostly use the CLs, many of which are excellent and value for money

Loved the site but I feel that on the booking app there is not enough info on location and transport of how to get to places or how long it takes to walk to the beach / pubs etc even as once set up on site we walk every where even bus services?

Being a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club gives us the network of club and certified sites that we know will suit our needs for touring - it also offers discounts at a range of affiliated companies.

In general, prices at sites are rapidly increasing which seems to be forcing more Clients to stay off grid.
The sites are ideal and always very friendly staff, always kept very clean with everything you require.
Sadly pricing is now getting an issue. (Not just CAMC)

When you visit a Caravan and Motorhome Club site you know it will be clean and tidy, with pitches that are well laid out and the site will be well managed by friendly and helpful staff. It is the consistency of this high quality across all the sites that makes being a member worth every penny.

Fab sites and facilities but getting expensive for what is on offer. Better value within the commercial sector now. Evidenced by lots of empty pitches on sites during peak season this year. Really need to look at offering better value provision. Seem to want to concentrate on their guest types of old people with numerous dogs and using lots of heating energy even in good weather rather than younger couples and family groups.

Thank you to the staff at White House Site at Kessingland for your wonderful help and reassurance when I needed to go to hospital and I was so frightened.

The facilities are good, the site is ideal for the beach, staff are lovely and very helpful.
The big downside is the phone & internet WiFi connection is non existent and it will now stop us from returning to the site in future.

We have just spent 2 weeks at Godfrey caravan site in Hayle. It was good as the site is well positioned for the beaches and you can explore other places within 20 minutes drive. The pitches are large and the shower block and toilets are excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We've used New England Bay for over 20 years. I was a little disappointed this time by the huge change due to the closure of so many pitches and a toilet block. The site was full when we were there but there is only 3 ladies toilets and 4 showers. This led to queues of people waiting to use these at times. I love the area and will use the site again.

The site is in a great area with plenty to do. The staff as usual where polite and helpful and the facilities where spotless.

This is a terrific site, with many trees, grassy areas, very helpful staff, good choice of pitches, short walk or cycle ride to an unspoilt beach, NT reserve, very close to bus route to nearby coastal towns.
Facilties immaculate.

The App for booking is not user friendly. It is tricky to navigate and when I have tried to amend a booking it turned out to be impossible and I had to wait for someone to be in during office hours.
Centralised bins on sites appears to have been done purely for the convenience of staff and not visitors. On large sites eg Edinburgh it can be a considerable walk.
It would make more sense to have wheels bins or dumpsters located in the site at least beside each shower block
