I was seriously impressed with the service from Care of Carl. My items arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and the little extras like the care guide were such a nice touch. It's clear they really care about their customers.

I did encounter an issue with a return due to a courier error, but the customer service team handled the situation swiftly and with great care. Their professionalism and dedication to resolving the issue was greatly appreciated.

Breaking the laws, hostile return conditions.

Order got lost during transit.i had to contact careofcarl after 10 days to ask what was going on. They responded, but didn’t provide any solution. They told me they would redend the package to me when it would return, but this never happend.

Its been currently 2 months and i still cannot get a refund of the product because DHL has to respond to them? Their customer service is also not doing a thing it seems, i have to ask them every few days for an update and the only update they give is that the refund will have to wait untill DHL respondenten where the package is?

How is such amateurism even possible for a webshop that tries to brand themselves higher end?

Made two orders for Axel Arigato clean 90 sneakers, 44 and 45 size. 45 was too big, 44 too small. Had to return both. Seamless experience - both orders returned succesfully, and for free, and funds were returned very fast without any questions asked. This is safe shop to make purchases. p.s - I am in Latvia.

I have just used this company for the first time and have been very impressed; not only did they have in stock exactly the shoes I wanted for my husband, but they responded very promptly to an email enquiry and following the order, delivered within two days. Amazing! We knew the shoes would be good as he’s had them previously but were delighted with this first class service. The delivery charge was an extra, but they are posting from abroad. I did read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering and can confirm that the high score is wholly justified. A really good shopping experience.

Never ordered from CoC before but what an absolute find on the internet, it's like how did this website never appear in my searches before. It was one of those too good to be true moments. Just purchased a Canada Goose gilet at a remarkable price (no silly taxes or fees to the UK either), and CoC even had the cheek to send it to me two days later, ordered 29/1 (evening), arrived 31/1. Care of Carl are based in Sweden and their delivery time should make some of the UK websites I use blush. I will definately be adding Care of Carl to my searches from now on. And if like me, you like a to buy high end fashion, do give HoC a visit, there's plenty of brands to choose from. Long Live Care of Carl

Awesome experience, bought a John Smedley sweater recently. There was an issue with the delivery, due to the Italian Post Office, which was handled professionally by the customer service of Care of Carl.

Customer service is really bad.
1. I ordered a t-shirt with 50% discount but they send me the wrong product
2. They could not deliver the product I originally ordered anymore
3. I suggested a comparable shirt form the same brand but the are not willing to send me a comparable product.

Instead they request me to return the product and give me refund + €15 discount on my next order. I didn't agree because it is still not enough to buy a new t-shirt.

I will never order anything here in the future and won't recommend this store to anyone.

I ordered shoes, but they delivered an empty box. When I reached out to them they showed zero willingness to help and I still did not get any refund.

Their customer service is awful- sent me to their delivery provider whole it was completely within their responsibility to deal with my complaint

Fantastic customer service! Had a small issue with my purchase and it was handled in the best way. Great communication, helpful customer service.

I like their products. However, I am dissatisfied with their styling consultant. I initiated a style consultation process with them, remaining completely flexible and providing all requested pictures and information. When I received their recommendations, I attempted to place an order. Unfortunately, the website malfunctioned, forcing me to order items individually rather than as a complete package.
Upon receiving the products, I found that they were completely the wrong size and did not suit me. I returned them and sent an email explaining the issue and requesting further assistance. After waiting for a few weeks, I received a response declining further help and suggesting I seek in-person consultations elsewhere.

If they cannot provide effective style consultations, they should not advertise this service on their website. In the end, I did not receive the assistance I was hoping for.
