AVOID Carigami
I strongly advise against using Carigami.
I had a really painful and costly experience with my booking, leaving me, my wife and my 2 children (2 and 4 years old) at the airport without any option at 10 PM, due to an error between them and the local company.
They unilaterally canceled my booking.
I had to rent a smaller car for 5 times the price initially paid, and they did not accept to reimburse me the difference.
AVOID using this service, you won't be backed in case of a mistake on their side.
Edit :
. I had to pay 5 times the price initially paid to Carigami for the new rental, mostly for exorbitant fees for some nonsens insurances that were part of a global package. Removing theses fees was not an option.
. Hence most of what I paid was not reimbursed.
. Carigami hides behind a "we are just a comparator" stance, again, they won't have your back if something happens.

Nous sommes sincèrement navrés de cette mauvaise expérience et des frais engendrés.
Nous venons de vérifier votre dossier et avons étudié à nouveau votre dossier de réclamation.
Il y a effectivement eu un problème en interne entre le prestataire et le loueur suite à une information non transmise quant à la non-disponibilité du véhicule malgré la confirmation initiale de celui-ci.
Vous avez bien fait d'appeler le prestataire au moment de cet incident. Celui-ci vous avait dit de loueur un autre véhicule sur place aux mêmes conditions que votre location initiale. Ainsi la différence tarifaire vous serait remboursée.
Cependant, au vu du nouveau contrat souscrit sur place auprès d'une autre agence, BSP Auto a constaté que vous aviez souscrit à des assurances supplémentaires qui n'étaient pas prévues dans le contrat initial. BSP Auto a donc refusé de vous rembourser le montant de ces assurances souscrites sur place. Tout le reste a été remboursé.
Veuillez noter qu'en tant que comparateur, Carigami ne peut intervenir sur une décision prise par le prestataire, en adéquation avec ses conditions.
À nouveau, sommes désolés des conséquences de cette erreur survenue entre le prestataire et le loueur.
De notre côté, le dossier de réclamation est maintenant clos.

The car was excellent
The car was excellent, I booked my car for 5pm but arrived one hour late and nobody was there, I had to return the day after to pick up my car.
The car was nice, well equipped but nobody explained to me how to use WiFi.
When I returned the car I didn't receive any final receipt, they said I will receive it by email but still waiting. I need it to claim the reimbursement from my company. Please send it to me.

I was charged twice for the same rental: once at booking with Carigami and once at the rental agency. After 4 months, customer services still tells me to contact the local agency. Not going to use Carigami again

Vous nous avez contacté hier mardi 15 novembre dans l'après-midi et je peux voir que notre collègue vous a envoyé un e-mail contenant les instructions à suivre afin que nous puissions ouvrir pour vous un dossier de réclamation.
Il semblerait également que votre message soit à destination de votre loueur local Sixt et non de Carigami, nous vous rappelons que Carigami.fr n'agit qu'en tant que comparateur de prix et non en tant que fournisseur des véhicules.
Nous vous invitons donc à adresser votre message directement à l'agence concernée.

Easy to use and book
I don't really have anything to say about the booking process.
I just did not give a 5-star rating because, even though I returned the car before the agreed-upon time (it was at 12h and I returned it about 30 minutes before), seems that the rental car company only accounted for the return after 14h, meaning that I was wrongly charged one extra day of rental. I've already made a complaint to the rental company (not Carigami).
