Shocking experience from start to finish at the hands of this broker and their dealer Southampton Audi and VWFS

I have never experienced such a drawn out palava trying to change a lease car having to constantly chase them on delivery and it changing every time I asked , they just seemed to make it up as they went along so you simply cannot rely on this company to deliver and even remotely stick to dates they quote

I couldn’t recommend anyone to use this broker and should have been more suspicious of the amount of reviews mentioning people by name - usually a sign it’s made up or company’s asking people to do it - they didn’t ask me as they know how grim my experience has been since the moment they got my signature on the papers

Say what you like but I know it’s utter nonsense and you let me down from the moment your sales person got a signature

Your communication was a joke especially around first the dealer was closed for two weeks over Xmas , then they were delivering over Xmas, then they were closing again for some days over Xmas

Your company was making this up as you went along as I urged progress you kept changing the answers so I’d continue to recommend that people avoid your company

Lorraine I have all your emails remember with you changing your tune every five minutes and only giving any update when I chased you for it

That is NOT good customer service

As for my previous reviews i only come on here when companies mess me around especially when its companies like yours who either make up reviews or ask people who might be happy with you to list one when according to trustpilot reviews you are not permitted to cherry pick who you ask - it’s either all or none !

Customer service from Chris and Lorraine has been top-notch. This was my first time leasing a vehicle and Chris was helpful in answering lots of my questions. Lorraine was also very proactive in coordinating the vehicle delivery.

I would 100% recommend Car Leasing Online to anyone considering using this broker.

Lorraine in sales support was always quick to answer any emails and had everything going to plan from the finance documentation to the delivery.

We experienced some issues with the first vehicle we ordered, which was ultimately rejected on delivery. Despite significant pressure from the supplier to accept the vehicle, Lorraine at Car Leasing supported us 100% in our decision to refuse it. She was proactive, professional, and applied the necessary pressure to ensure the supplier returned the initial rental. We then ordered another vehicle, which arrived earlier than expected. Excellent customer service throughout a stressful situation — we felt fully supported and would highly recommend Car Leasing based on this experience.

Efficient and helpful from the get go. I had lots of questions about leasing and maintenance, having only had Company cars before, and they were very patient with me.
