Excellent company

Excellent company. I’ve bought my koi from them for many years. Great fish at fair prices. Just bought 10 assorted koi which arrived today in excellent condition via courier. Worth a visit to their fisheries too. Would always recommend.

I’ve had a mixed experience with The…

I’ve had a mixed experience with The Carp Co. While some of my orders arrived well-packaged, healthy, and on time, there have been issues with fish health and quality control on other occasions. A few fish arrived with visible damage or infections, and though customer service was polite and responsive, offering refunds or replacements, it’s disheartening to deal with these problems. Deliveries were occasionally delayed, although that might be down to couriers. Overall, they resolved issues quickly, but I feel consistency could be improved. I'd give them 3 stars for their effort and customer care but think there’s room for improvement in quality checks.

Horrible Experience

Purchased some Rudd, Goldfish and Crucian. Delivery was late but that's the couriers fault, did look packaged well I could hear them flapping about, 10 fish in a single bag, one fish was trapped in the corner fold. One of the Rudd had a terrible fungus infection, they said it could of been from stress from delivery, I don't think so it looks to have been suffering for a while it look horrible and a far progressed infection. They sent a treatment out, I have continued the treatment and I lost a Crucian to the same looking infection and today a Goldfish. They did refund 2 fish, though I purchased all the fish I needed at the same time due to costly delivery, now I need to replace these fish. I pray that my heathy fish I have had years don't catch anything!

I ordered some live fish back in the…

I ordered some live fish back in the winter just after we had some really bad weather. Unfortunately 5 of the fish all the sarosa comets, I contacted carp co who agreed with my next order they would send replacements. It was about 6 months later and I placed another order and they did send out, slightly bigger fish than I ordered, the size they would have been now. I thought that was a nice touch. I will definitely be using carpco for all my fish going forward.

Healthy fish well packed delivered without any trouble

Really happy with our new sturgeons they arrived on time well packed and really healthy, Carpco have been amazing ordered online after looking a lot then decided I wanted a gold sturgeon and a white edge one instead of 2 white edged I sent a WhatsApp message quite late at night and was all sorted cannot fault the customer service. Thankyou

I ordered 20 mirror carp

I ordered 20 mirror carp. All arrived alive and well and they look beautiful. Had a bit of a hiccup with DX who gave me a window of between 0700 and 1300 and scanned it as delivered at 12:52 which it wasn’t. And because it was scanned as delivered it’s impossible from the customers end to get hold of DX. But Carp.co followed up on it and at finally DX delivered the carp after an extra 2 hours after their set schedule. So full marks to Carp.co and an ungraded for DX as they as a delivery company on this occasion sucked! But carp all in their new pond and happy so am I 😃

Do not buy pond equipment from Carpco

Purchased a fish feeder which I had a problem with. They did replace the feeder and then I had problems with the next one.
Returned it and they said there was no fault, I asked them to run it on test for a couple of weeks to see if the fault reoccured.
Over 2 months later the feeder has not been returned.
A shame, because as far as fish supply is concerned I find them a very helpful company.

I recently purchased some fish from the carp co and I cannot describe my experience as anything other than exceptional! The customer service was great and the boys provided lots of information for me along side some really high quality fish. I will definitely be returning soon!

I do not recommend

I do not recommend. I bought some fishes all of them died in short time. I checked quality of water was ok. Other fishes from my pond was not affected just new ones died. Bad experience with this company.

First Order - Looks Good So Far

Ordered some small Koi, Mirror Carp and Grass Carp for my Farm Pond which has four large Koi that have been resident for years.

The ordering process was easy and was kept fully informed on delivery and slot.

On arrival, the two boxes were sturdy undamaged and left the courier in no doubt to handle the live fish consignments with care.

Both boxes contained the fish in double bagged Polythene bags with metal sealing clips which were holding the Oxygen within the bags.

The fish looked in good condition and appeared lively.

After acclimatisation, they went off into the pond which due to its size and depth it may be some time before I see them!

So far so good - excellent service.

First Class Company

Ordered from this company twice, all of my fish are from them, I have a happy, healthy and colourful mix of fish. Stuart has been super responsive to messages, they really care about their fish. I would definitely order again as they have such a wide range of fish available at a fraction of the cost of aquatic shops who don't actually care about the fish. I recommend this company, give them a go, you will not be disappointed.
