Bought one of these pendants in Carrolls for my mum on a recent visit to Dublin, and treated myself to the matching earrings.
They are absolutely stunning. The detailing is clearly defined and the gold and silver has a real shine to it. The contrast between the silver and gold really adds something to it.
When I returned home i regretted not buying the pendants for myself, so ordered one from Carrolls website.
My mum and myself are very happy wirh our purchases.

Great glasses & purchased extra for a gift.

They scammed us into buying a flute.

They had one flute out of the packaging so we assumed we could try that one out. Once we tried it out and thought it sounded horrible and so we put it back, but we were told by the security guy our mouths touched it so they couldnt sell it anymore and we would be forced to buy it.

We looked it up and thats bs. They were completely out of line forcing us to buy it. They treathened to call the guards and acted like we were thiefs. They also banned us from the store lol. Told us to f##k off when we were leaving.

(If you think getting forced to buy a flute after trying it out is fair, remember that in Ireland you can return items like this within 14 days with a receipt without a good reason. I tried to ask for a receipt but was pushed out of the store).

Criminal behavior and pretty stupid because we ended up buying our gifts which added up to way more than that stupid flute at another chain.

I thoroughly enjoyed all the products I ordered from the CarrollsIrishGifts website !!! A huge thank you to you, the Irish people of Dublin !!! The chocolate bar was delicious !!! I devoured it in one bite !!! And what can I say about the chocolate balls ??? They were divine !!! The caramel candies in the can were incredibly good and melted instantly in your mouth !!! Lost Christmas Gifts

I ordered from here this past Christmas. My package was sent to the wrong apartment building. I reached out to this company to tell them, and they said it was out of their hands. I spent $300 on that package and I never got anything. No apology, no refund, nothing. I would never purchase from here again.

First one wasn’t sure went sack in a made sure order was correct going to UK BOTH BOXES came to me. It was good. The tea caddy was cardboard box. So not worth the money. I donated them

I had to change a ring for another size, ordering from France. The reimbursement was really quick registered by my bank, a few days after I sent the ring back. I ordered the same ring in another size and received it just a few days after the order. Very competent team, I will order again, as the ring is beautiful.

It’s not the same I expected

My order was dispatched the same day. Delivered the following morning. Email confirmation etc., packaged and boxed fragile, delivered and not broken. Would highly recommend, that's my second fragile order.

I am very disappointed. The item arrived broken because it wasn't adequately protected.
