Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Sent me an costune item for 8 to 10 year olds. Doesnt come anywhere near fit my 8 year old (smallest kid in his class).
Only asked for exchange but not possible. Have to get refund and I must bear the cost of shipping the faulty item back to them along with the cost of shipping to me. Reached out to customer service which was acknowledged my disappointment but we wont do anything about it. I would never again buy a thing off them. TEMU would be better and thats saying something

Only down site was the pricing info when order 2 for the price of one. That did not happen. I ordered two items for the price of one but still got charged for two items
Maybe I did not understand correctly but I found that part a little confusing

Great
The Glass I got is well made and was delivered on time. Got updates and everything. The only thing that wasn't perfect, was that the package git damaged and the packaging from the glass got as well. The glass was fine tho. But that's mostly the postal services fault. Overall great shop, but a minus point for delivery.

Absolutely loved the items- they were a gift for my sister who was delighted with them. Postage from Ireland to Australia was very quick and the items were carefully packed and arrived in good condition. I would definitely recommend Carrols Irish Gifts.
