Shocking - do not use.
Shocking. Car ordered, 3 weeks delivery ➡️ 4-6 week delivery ➡️ 2 months ➡️ 3 months ➡️ 3.5 months later delivery ‘pending’. I had to cancel as they lie. They had no car ready for delivery & didn’t process my cancellation nor refund! 10/10 to the salesman as fooled me. Do not use them as they clearly cannot deliver what they say & like to keep hold of your money for as long as possible.

My first call to Carwow was to Jamie. I explained to him exactly that I was looking for a Shoda Enyaq 85. I also explained what extras I wanted fitted and also what the approximate delivery date would be. All of this was sorted with the one phone call. Jamie was very polite and professional throughout. My vehicle was delivered on the date specified, the hand over was straight forward with no issues. I would defiantly use Carwow again and ask for Jamie to arrange my next Skoda. I had decided nearly a month ahead of…
I had decided nearly a month ahead of the delivery date to lease a MG4 from the leasing agent who could deliver it on the 9th June as my old MG4 lease was being collected on the 8th. I decided to go with Carwow Leasey because the confirmed they could deliver on the 9th and at a reasonable price and gave me the registration number so I could ensure I surance was aetup. Yet when it came to the delivery date, I was told a day or so prior they couldnt deliver due to their supplier not being able to register the car, as well as the cars registration won't be the same as I was told. The car was eventually delivered on the 11th.
