We dispatched your order 3 days after receiving it but it may have been lost in transit with royal mail, or been held over the weekend, please contact us direct if you have not received it yet. we believe we don't really deserve the cutting 1 star review for a lost parcel problem...

Sound Products, Lacking in Communications.

They offered a great price, and fantastic range of product, and what appeared to be a speedy service. When my order didn't arrive after a few days, I emailed and was told that items were out of stock. Any chance they could have mentioned that? They then split the order which was a little above and beyond my expectations, ++. This order arrived a few items short, so again I emailed and they sorted that out. A few weeks later I had no word of the out of stock items, so again emailed and got no reply. The items did however arrive a few days later. All in I got great products and prices, just a lot more hassle communicating with them than I would think should be necessary.

Good supplier but things cost a lot

I wanted to get a new "Help for Heroes", which is a charity, bracelet and found one on their site. The cost of the bracelet was very acceptable (presuming that all goes to the charity) but the postage and packing was more than the bracelet!!!

Size does matter

I bought 4 mini bales of barley straw for my wildlife pond. Mini - they are so small and at almost £5 each very very expensive. I have had to use them as my postage would not be reimbursed (another £5) but hopefully, with the bales I bought last year (not from CascadeBitz) my pond may clear. I will not be shopping with CascadeBitz again.

We are sorry you believe the bales to be undersized considering these are a standard size and clearly state the guidelines for treatment. We are always available for proffessional advice and clearly display our phone number for our customers.I dont believe this is the correct product for your pond size and we would be more than happy to exchange the bales for a better product.

Great friendly service at a good price

I recently had a problem with something I had bought at cascade over a year before. I received friendly advise and speedy service. A great company that really does want to please its customers. Would really recommend.

UV bulb - didn't work!

Brought a UV twin bulb (11w) which was delivered quickly and soundly packaged, unfortunately the bulb didn’t work. It wasn’t broke or cracked and physically looked fine. E-mailed ‘Cascade’ then phoned them. I sent the bulb back to them & they sent me a replacement which did work, so obviously a manufacturing fault on the first one. My return postage was refunded; so in the end all good. Not really their fault for faulty bulb from manufacturer.

The perfect email shop.

I have ordered from this company several times now and each time i cant praise them enough as no sooner have i sent them my order than within 2 days i have it, one time they phoned me to say that the item i ordered would not be in stock till later that week, and as it was not wanted immediately i said that would be OK, i received it on the Thursday just 4 days after ordering, such a perfect way to run a business and always at a great price.
