I got a playstation in store and the service was spectacular. A man called Stuart helped me whilst looking for a gift for my son. He gave me great advice and helped me pick out some of the latest gadgets. Overall the experience was impeccable and once again the customer support I got from him was amazing

I purchased a Super Nintendo classic from online which came from the slough store . It arrived this morning and instantly you could see it was a fake copy from China . I rang them straight away and the man was quite helpful . I then rang head office to tell them they are selling fakes and the lady at payroll had a really bad attitude and said pretty much “oh well” I asked why the bad attitude and she said nothing to do with her

Plymouth branch - Went in today and was served by Jacob. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Even had a few laughs. The Rapport with customers is very evident. The customer in shorts, and the laughs with him made my day.
Great store will venture down the bottom of town more often to see what they have.

I use this store regularly because the staff are really knowledgeable on there products and they always give great customer service, Especially the manager Sammy and Adam a staff member.

I bought a phone from them 2 days ago, I recieved very good service from the man who sold it. It was a different story when I tried to return it less than 48hrs later. I explained that I had bought it in error and asked for a refund. The manager told me I would have to have a credit note, as I wasn't likely to be shopping there again in the foreseeable future, I requested a cash refund. He said the best he could do was buy it back from me at less than 3/4 of the price I had paid. After being told "that's the way it works here" , I accepted his ridiculous offer as I felt it was pointless arguing with someone so inflexible and devoid of common sense.
I would highly recommend you go to cex where the service is better and the refund policy more flexible

wanted a laptop to take for work as I do long shifts and didn't want to take my main laptop. Excellent service by Madyson who help explain the laptops criteria, polite and well informed impressive customer service.

A gentleman called Ross in Plymouth I found him very helpful and really try’s his b est to get one top dollar thankyou Ross

Made them an offer for a guitar(online).( I just wanted a little discount) They accepted. Delivery only took a couple of days. Packaging was hilariously overprotective for what was a cheapish guitar.

I can honestly and truthfully leave five stars forPeter at Slough store, I have the misfortune of dealing with Peter due to a defective item but Peter resolved the issue without any fuss and without any delay and Peter his staff and his store absolutely deserve the five full stars I couldn't have been more happy with the products I purchased and with the way in which Peter resolved the issue I had I wish Peter and his staff all the very best

was about to buy a ps4 before lockdown however due to getting one during lockdown due to lose 10% fair enough but to have store credit and only to spend in that one store which does not have anything that i need what a joke rather have the cash very inflexible and website is a complete joke found ps4 controller double shock for £34.99 when you can buy similar but from official for £10 less with a FREE game come on fix your website and at least let me use my poxy voucher at other stores not just one

Great service from Carla at Finchley .
Did some online haggling which was reciprocated and bought my laser level. Like another reviewer said "at least you know what your buying, unlike eBay"
My only gripes are the website,I would have rather have checked out as a guest rather than make an account. And why can't I search a specific branch stock, I have to trawl through pages of stuff from every other branch.
10 out 10 for delivery though not even 24hours has passed and my parcel arrived from Finchley to West Lothian, Scotland.

My experience of cash converters is that the staff at my local branch are so polite,helpfull the shop is always clean and they don't keep you long while they are serving customers and I have brought a load of things over the years from them and they always work straightaway if I had a problem with any item I buy from the shop they are always happy to help with the problem they are always there to help

I trust this more than eBay, least they verify the stuff they sell, especially high value

Visited Cash Convertors in Burnly, where we were helped by Romian. We were looking for a Connect2 and the associated adapter, which he located for us very quickly. Excellent fast service and all done with a smile.
