I often visit Cash Converters, whether I'm buying or selling, it's usually a great option for my needs. Sure, I could get more money when selling if I were to sell privately but it's the convenience that makes them so appealing. My local store is in Luton and the staff are happy and bubbly, as well as very helpful. If I'm selling I often deal with Scott, who is always in the store, he's a top guy and brings a personal touch to his service. He's honest about what he can do for you and gives you all the information to make a decision regarding your belongings. I'm selling my stuff, sentimental value often plays a part and he is very aware of that as are all the other staff. I've had no bad experience with them and would recommend their services to anyone.

Love cashies..... Or I did. Bought many things off them both online and in store. Always found them helpful, friendly.... Until the last few days when I've tried to buy something off them(REDCAR STORE)and they have made things extremely difficult.i asked them to send me photos of something I wanted to buy.And to give them credit they did "try" once.The next few times they just fobbed me off saying they had tried but couldn't. After the 5th atempt they must have known I was a genuine buyer but sadly, for whatever reason they didn't want my business. Maybe its just me getting older. But when I asked them to then tell me the condition of the item I wanted. The response was "NOT ANYTHING I WOULD SAY IS SIGNIFICANT" it was of course different when I had my shop as I would say stupid things like "yes sir how may I help you" and if I didn't know anything I would say "I will find out for you sir" "thank you for your custom"...etc etc.and if I ever sold anything from "ADMAG" (the paper where everybody advertised second hand items for sale only 20 odd years ago) I would say the item was "fair" or "good" or it has marks and is an 5,6,7,8 etc out of ten. Certainly not "NOT ANYTHING I WOULD SAY IS SIGNIFICANT"maybe its the air up there but what a response from what is a massive company.like I said before always loved cash convertors but this has made me think again from buying from them. No company should ever think itself bigger than its loyal customers.thats how they fall

My local shop is in Kingswood Bristol. John and his staff recently sorted out my daughters Apple phone when she forgot her security number. Thanks to John and another member of staff she can now use it again.

Ive been using Luton Park Street Cash Convertors since it opened years ago. There have been many different faces in there over the years,some rude,some friendly but there is one genuine,honest,very helpfull & genuine face I always look for & thats Scott Sullivan. Im not sure if hes the manager as hes always running about looking after customers.Always remembers myself & my partner & is always polite & helpfull everytime.We feel if hes not the boss,he shud be,if not he shud be given a pay rise.Ive tried to poach him to work at my dads store in Dunstable but hes loyal to CC.Shame really, that mans talented & in his element at work.If CC not carefull a big store will snap him up for a top level management role. Great store too.

EXCELLENT ,The guys at Middlesborough have been superb ,nothing was too much trouble i placed 3 orders last alone and will deffinatly be placing more ,it was actually nice to know theres still companies you can trust and you certainly trust this store% they even sent tracking info {unprompted} and delivery was next day even though i was close to there deadline ,ive allways been weary of buying items this way but theres NO NEED TO BE THERE HONEST,HELPFUL AND POLITE AND VERY EFFICIENT WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT OR NEED ,WELL DONE GUYS

I was served by a well spoken and patient gentleman today m. I think his name was Daniel. Very professional service and advice. Would recommend visiting the West Ealing branch!

I got a laptop from the LISCARD store for the sole purpose of a game. All the staff were extremely helpful. However, the laptop would not charge. On replacing the charger, the same thing happens. The Manager and staff were extremely sympathetic and they issued me another laptop which was better for inconvince. I live closer to another branch but prefer this store for the excellent customer service

I love shopping in taunton store all the staff know their jobs and are very friendly

First class company even etter now scott is in charge really turned the shop around and john is a credit to the team and newcomer luke will defo e buying lots more frim these guys

Glasgow shop is fantastic, always pop in for a bargain when I'm in town.

Just visited cash Converters in Bodfar Street Rhyl for the first time.. I was served by Jason and he couldn't have been more helpful. A really nice and friendly experience and I would definitely recommend this shop in Rhyl

The Consett Cash Convertors has excellent staff who display considerable knowledge of items for sale and can offer very useful advice. Both men working when I visited the store were equally attentive and offered the most professional service to their customers. Very highly recommended

The Eccles branch is awesome. Professional friendly wonderful staff. They give fair prices. The service is excellent and Carl in particular goes above and beyond to help customers. I'd recommend this branch to anyone.

I ordered a HP laptop from the Halifax store and I'm very impressed with the service. It arrived after a couple of days and the laptop is in perfect condition and working order and is exactly what I was hoping for. It even came with a free laptop bag which was a nice surprise. Excellent service! Also a big thanks to Mark in the Halifax store, who got back to me with a reply to my email enquiry right away!
