Avoid
Saw that Casino Kings were offering a £40 welcome bonus so I thought I'd give them a try. Website had lots of bugs and kept signing me out, making it impossible to check the T&Cs of the offer. There was also no live chat support, which added to the difficulty of understanding the offer (although you can submit a support ticket and get live chat support if you watch and wait for the ticket to be answered).
Because of this confusion I ended up depositing more than I needed to. No problem, I thought, I'll just withdraw it again. But then there's a transaction fee on the withdrawal! So I lost money for nothing. Much better to go with any of the other bookies who don't charge money for withdrawals.
Still haven't been able to get a clear answer about the T&Cs of the free bet, but from what I could work out - and from the other reviews here - it's a pretty bad deal, where you have to bet the bonus multiple times before you can actually withdraw the money. Again, there's plenty of other bookies who have fairer rules for free bets, so I think it's better to just go with one of those.

No problems making deposits happy to accept payments ...however
Uploaded ALL required documents for verification -

● withdrawel of £250 pending to my bank acct
● Was advised by tyler to make deposit using paypal as another payment method & then make a withdraw request with the balance back to help process things quicker
● they would change my pending withdrawel request from debit card to paypal to speed things up
● Still nothing verified
● two withdrawels now pending
● multiple chats to agents over past few days
Now seeking advice or reporting to Gambling commission in respect of the above.

Joined casino kings 6 days ago and deposited 50 pounds got up to 100 pounds so thought I would withdraw
Then asked for Id documents.I sent them over straight away in pdf format

I have been waiting 5+ days for a withdrawal and still have not received it. I have been on live chat and emailed them and all they tell me is that 'it is being reviewed by the relevant team and that is all they can advise'.

SCAM company been waiting over 3 months for withdrawl I uploaded documents last week aswell as apparently the other ones where declined fast enough to take the money without verifying where they came from but just won't pay out. Looking at taking legal action against them and reporting them. Don't use them plenty of other real sites that will pay out your winnings out there
UPDATE: they shut my account down with lies about breaching there terms and conditions just so they wouldn't have to pay me the winnings and instead refunded me my deposits back avoid and try a trustworthy casino

Really positive experience
I have been playing a few casinos lately checking out the slots which is what I mostly enjoy to play. I was really skeptical after reading some of these reviews but after a decent win I decided to try withdraw funds. I did get asked for verification documents which I uploaded easily to my account . Within a couple of hours I was fully verified and the money was in my account. The game play is excellent as is the customer service chat facility. Kevin was extremely helpful . This will now become a regular play spot for me and honestly haven't had a single issue so far.

give this one a swerve!
I was pleased with this platform initially seemed to be very intuitive, I took the introductory offer deposited and placed bets to meet the criteria and was really impressed with how quickly the bonus bet arrived. Things started to go wrong when I won! my winnings were not put into my account, instead held within a bonus account. Can't seem to navigate the terms and conditions and there doesn't seem to be any customer service. I will report them to the Commission, if this is not resolved quickly.
