Poor customer service!
Price promise failure.
Took out life insurance policy with alleged price promise that the monthly payments would never increase. However not so, every year the policy has increased, currently double the price than originally agreed.
Despite complaints by email and telephone. Im still waiting on resolve.
In process of cancelling policy!

It took us a few months to get there because of retrieving medical reports etc, but he managed to find me a broker who accepted my application.
