Excellent service and fast delivery
My hiking boots arrived very promptly and there was also an informative letter with suggestions on how to best check the fit of the boots at home and a phone number to call for any questions on the fit. I liked the personable approach.

Items were dispatched quickly, but did take a little longer to arrive. However Castleberg is based in the north of the country and I am in the south, and postage was free, so no complaints.

Hiking Boots Purchase
I ordered the Topo Athletic hiking boots after speaking to a couple of people at Castleberg Outdoors. They gave me objective advice on both the hiking boots vs alternatives and also things like lacing techniques and after care. A great experience and would highly recommend.

A good family business.
They had just what I was looking for at a competitive price. Delivery was prompt, on a better mail service than I'd chosen. There was a minor problem with the order but the sales team dealt with this rapidly at their expense. The email correspondence showed that there are real people in the shop who care about customers.
