Customer service from your team was excellent.
The driver that delivered the tiles was also helpfull and excellent.
Unfortunately the driver that delivered the frame and lights was rude.
He threw the box containing the lights from the back of his van several metres onto my driveway. Both of the lights have a crushed corner and one of them had the frame bent also. Fortunately they do work.
The customer service team again excellent arranged to replace the lights immediately.
Thank you would not hesitate to reccomend you

The way deliveries should be done
The way our delivery was packed is by far far the best we have experienced for this type of product. Top and corner protection, wrapped and secure. The delivery driver was polite and extremely helpful, bringing our delivery on a pallet truck right in through the door, he is a credit to his company.

I initially had an issue with the…
I initially had an issue with the delivery date, as the website was not very clear and the expected delivery was later than I had anticipated.
However, after contacting Ceiling Tiles UK, Alex looked into it straight away and arranged an alternative courier delivery for the following day at no extra cost. He also kept me updated throughout the process.
The order arrived safely and everything was resolved quickly and professionally.
Very good customer service, especially from Alex.

Easily design yourself from website info
On my initial phone enquiry about your various grid parts - I was told the best way was for them to quote based on my requirements and measurements. This produced a price of £394 + Vat - which would have killed the project.
From your website - I designed and costed for myself. This resulted in my order at £153 +Vat.
Now fully installed by me as a DIY job - I am fully satisfied with it. I would encourage other able DIY small projects to do similar and not to be put off by initial quotations
